The service department is top notch. Each person at the counter is friendly, courteous and sympathetic to the struggle you are having with your vehicle. Customers are not usually very happy about being th counter is friendly, courteous and sympathetic to the struggle you are having with your vehicle. Customers are not usually very happy about being there as it is likely to be an expensive visit. Each representative can easily diffuse touchy situations and make the customer at ease.
