Horrible customer service at this dealership when it comes to maintenance and service. They always check everything off on the checklist and only do the bare minimum but charge full price. I have been buying new dodge rams from Leduc Chrysler last 13 years. All the Time been with them treated me fair. Even with this dodge Ram I bought from another dealership (will never do that again) Ledu last 13 years. All the Time been with them treated me fair. Even with this dodge Ram I bought from another dealership (will never do that again) Leduc has help me most from service management and service counter people. They will help over the phone if they can or get you in as soon as possible. Other dealerships need to learn from them or follow how to treat customers. More
