Victor is the best car salesperson we have met yet, we arrived 15min before the dealer shuts doors on a Sunday and yet Victor arranged for us to test drive the car, answered all of our questions with details. We felt no pressure to purchase, yet we ended up purchasing the car because of his professionalism. Carol (Finance dept.) did everything to make the paper work go smooth, she showed us all the relevant service options we could purchase with the car and stayed very late to answer all of our questions and made sure we got the right thing. Finally got my hot hatch! I've been wanting a Focus ST for the past 5 years. I searched a few dealerships that had them but found Erinwood had many to choose from as well as a I've been wanting a Focus ST for the past 5 years. I searched a few dealerships that had them but found Erinwood had many to choose from as well as a reputation as a high volume dealership. I booked an appointment online with Dave Grittani who was very professional online and answered many of my questions. When I arrived Saturday to test drive my car, Dave was not available due to a family emergency. Dave had recommended Victor C to me in his place. Victor was amazing. Had a great laugh, loved to joke around and allowed me to test drive the car alone so I wouldn't be so nervous beside a salesperson. Victor was never pressuring, was a great listener and a great salesperson. He saw how much I really wanted this car and worked as best as possible to help me get it. It was great experience. Nick Palalas (Nick the Greek) evaluated my trade in and was the funniest guy you could meet. We spoke at length about numerous travel experiences and I was amazed at his wealth of knowledge. I will definitely take his travel recommendations. Carol was not pushy, she was very helpful and was very upfront. Usually the finance part is the really painful one but definitely not this time. Dave emailed me after the sale to see how it went and congratulated me on the purchase. I really appreciated that part, he was not a part of the sale but still showed concern and praise. Overall, I had a great experience. Can't wait to get my car! More

We live 2 1/2 hours from Erinwood Ford on Lake Huron and I was reluctant to purchase a vehicle this far from home. But my husband John was in contact with several other dealers getting information on the F150. He was convinced that Erinwood was the dealer to purchase our F150 from. When we arrived at the dealership the front desk staff acknowledged us immediately and took us to meet our salesman Lucas Dulny. Lucas was an amazing person to deal with. He answered all our questions with expertise and professionalism. He also has AMAZING customer service. Carol in Finance was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions with our financing of the vehicle. She again has AMAZING customer service and was very professional. I am very happy that John convinced me to give Erinwood a chance to sell us a vehicle and have no regrets so far about purchasing a our Ford F150 from this dealership. Thanks Cheers! This was our first visit to a dealership in 12 years, as we wanted to trade in our 2006 Taurus, and we were impressed with the professional and courteous service we received from all employees. There was no sense of pressure; the atmosphere was very friendly and relaxed. Lem Weekes, our original sales rep, let us take our time looking over the Focus and giving us a chance to test drive it; he was also able to get us a great deal on our trade-in, which included a complete set of winter tires. Adam Pellegrin discussed all of our warranty options with us, and exactly how much each would cost. When we picked up our Focus the following week, Victor Chacon took care of us right away and quickly made sure everything was ready to go, including gas and winter tire installation and all the paperwork. Carol Buckwald completed all of the administrative paperwork with us and made sure we would be ready to inform our own dealer's service department about our maintenance warranty. Overall, a super experience at a super Ford dealership!! More
