I was there for information as I have been shopping around at other dealers/brands. However when I met Lem I was quite impressed with his knowledge and expertise and above all his warmth and sense of humour. He made me feel comfortable and took my request for information seriously and professionally which I did not experience elsewhere. I was interested in the Ford Escape and he recommended a package that met my needs and finances. Overall the experience with Lem from the time I met him until I drove off in my new vehicle was awsome. Adam was very helpful explaining the warranty packages which made it very easy for me to say yes. He made the financing process very stress free for me. I enjoyed my overall experience at Erinwood Ford and I would recommend Lem and Adam to anyone who is looking for a vehicle. More

Exceptional Customer Service I was looking to purchase a Mustang for a few weeks and had been doing research on dealerships that had the vehicle I wanted in stock. I kept seeing p I was looking to purchase a Mustang for a few weeks and had been doing research on dealerships that had the vehicle I wanted in stock. I kept seeing positive reviews about Erinwood Ford, so I made a cold call to speak with one of the sales team. Martin answered my questions and was willing to help me surprise my wife with a vehicle for her birthday. I made arrangements to visit the dealership that night, after rush hour, so to avoid the traffic on the 401 from Scarborough. Yes, I drove to Erinwood from Scarborough based on the many positive reviews, and I'm so glad that I did. Dealing with Martin and the staff at Erinwood Ford was one of the greatest Customer Service experiences I have ever encountered. Martin is welcoming, knowledgeable, personable and honest, traits all car sales personnel should have. I can't say enough positive things about my experiences with Martin and the entire Erinwood Ford team. The entire buying process was pressure-free and fast. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle we were given a complete overview of the various systems and features while answering all of our questions on our new 2017 Convertible Mustang. The best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle, the management team should be commended and Ford should use Erinwood as a benchmark for its other dealers and salespeople. More

Five stars from start to finish!!! What a great experience from start to finish. I contacted Erinwood Ford on Feb 10th 2017 and purchased a used vehicle the same day. He was pleasant on the phone and suggested that I test drive the vehicle. It was extremely easy (especially considering he offered to pick me up). When we arrived to the Erinwood Ford dealership I was introduced and greeted by Nick Palalas (Director) who is such an AMAZING gentleman - Nick was very professional and helpful in the buying process. I would also like to mention Martin Menzies who was kind enough to share with me additional information and more, he had a good understanding of what I needed to close the deal. I can absolutely say that this team went above and beyond to provide impeccable customer service. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a used or new vehicle!!!
