She introduced me to Mark for my most recent purchase who gave me a great deal on my 2017 Ford Fusion Sport. Mark called a few days later to see how I was enjoying my new car and if there were any issues to be dealt with. Nick also gave me a great deal for my trade-in which I appreciate very much. Adam took care of all the paperwork regarding the purchase so that there were no issues when I went to pickup the vehicle. My expereince with Martin and the related individuals navigating my lease from beginning to driving away was the definition of proffesional. I would (and already have) reccomended this dealer to numerous friends, family and associates- it was easy to see why Erinwood is rated #1. I am ecstatic with the vehicle and consider myself knowledgable and proficient with the numerous features it offers thanks to Martin and everyone at Erinwood. On a final note as someone who has been in the car business for 20-plus years it was extrmely refreshing to deal with Martin who gives an immediate "master of his craft" impression and constantly maintained a very laid back, informative, and not pushy whatsoever approach, ultimately perfectly delivering the exact vehicle I was hoping for while staying within my budget. I was there for information as I have been shopping around at other deale When I visited Erinwood Ford my intention was not to buy a vehicle that day. I was there for information as I have been shopping around at other dealers/brands. However when I met Lem I was quite impressed with his knowledge and expertise and above all his warmth and sense of humour. He made me feel comfortable and took my request for information seriously and professionally which I did not experience elsewhere. I was interested in the Ford Escape and he recommended a package that met my needs and finances. Overall the experience with Lem from the time I met him until I drove off in my new vehicle was awsome. Adam was very helpful explaining the warranty packages which made it very easy for me to say yes. He made the financing process very stress free for me. I enjoyed my overall experience at Erinwood Ford and I would recommend Lem and Adam to anyone who is looking for a vehicle. More
