The sales team was great, Lucas was very friendly and didn't over push the sale and made me feel very comfortable. From showing me different models to showing me all the details of the Ford Edge I chose and was always very helpful, friendly and patient. As for Financing, Adam made it so that it wasn't stressful and was to the point on everything without wasting my time or his which I appreciated greatly. Overall a great experience and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car. More

This was our first visit to a dealership in 12 years, as we wanted to trade in our 2006 Taurus, and we were impressed with the professional and courteous service we received from all employees. There was no sense of pressure; the atmosphere was very friendly and relaxed. Lem Weekes, our original sales rep, let us take our time looking over the Focus and giving us a chance to test drive it; he was also able to get us a great deal on our trade-in, which included a complete set of winter tires. Adam Pellegrin discussed all of our warranty options with us, and exactly how much each would cost. When we picked up our Focus the following week, Victor Chacon took care of us right away and quickly made sure everything was ready to go, including gas and winter tire installation and all the paperwork. Carol Buckwald completed all of the administrative paperwork with us and made sure we would be ready to inform our own dealer's service department about our maintenance warranty. Overall, a super experience at a super Ford dealership!! More

Orlando and Adam are very patient in answering our queries and never tried to answer any question that is not their expertise. Anything related to the vehicle was referred to Orlando and anything related to finance was answered by Adam. Orlando made sure that the vehicle is checked, clean and ready for pickup.
