I couldn’t be happier with my experience when buying my first car!! After lots of research, I decided on the 2025 Chevrolet Trailblazer. I am so glad I chose both this vehicle and Wilson Niblett Chevrolet. From my very first phone call inquiry, I received outstanding service that was consistent throughout the entire process. When I arrived at the dealership, the team made me feel comfortable, supported, and excited about the process. Jeff Moore and Justin Persaud were fantastic to work with, taking time to walk me through different purchase plans and options, which was very helpful. Justin ensured to answer all my questions with patience, explaining everything clearly, and going above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect car for me. It was such a positive experience where I never felt rushed or pressured; I felt like they truly cared about helping me find what was right for me. They were amazing to work with in every step. Just had a service done...a downgrade from what I have experienced over the past two years...work order specified set tire pressures to spec...was not done. Times I was given for completion of work were way off. When I got carback I had to adjust rear view mirror, seat, steering wheel...never had to do that before. Shows a lack of attention to detail....not the City of old.

Went here to sell my car through DealerWorks. Saw the commercial on TV "Don't want Low Ballers and Tire Kickers? Come to us to sell your car". Huge mistake i made. They explained the process halfway, I had to ask 101 questions to get real answers out of them. Uncovered Hidden costs because i asked questions. If you didn't then you would be surprised at the end of the transaction. Then after a week of my car being on the lot, I get a call from the sales manager. "We have someone interested in your car! we just need to know off two thousand dollars" WHAT?!?! now you wanna low ball me? you set that price, not me.. and i did my homework before i agreed on the sale price with flex of $999. (Car was listed for $12,999) 20 days After being on the lot i get another call from the Sales Manager "Hey we have someone interested in your vehicle! Again, can we knock off $2000?" I explain you told me what price to list and said we will only use the $999. The car is eligible to stay on the lot for 3 months! why are you pressuring me?? I told him if you want do that, then take it out of your Commission! "Oh well we can't do that" of course not. I also left Brand new wiper blades in the car. On the passengers Seat. At the end of the transaction they said, "we had to charge an additional $25 for new wiper blades." I explained the wiper blades were left on the seat in with the car in your possession! "Someone must have stolen them, Not our fault" SOOO GLAD THEY SHUT DOWN! Not glad of all the people they ripped off in the process.. So sad. CTV did a story on them. Even the Big Boy dealers can be scam artists!

Dishonest Service Department ! - larrychin

Dishonest Service Department !! My elderly mother had her car into the dealership because it was not running smoothly. The diagnosis was a faulty ignition coil. which was replaced and a injector cleaning also done. This cost $1077, $791 of which was labor and only $271 were for parts. They then told here that she had a faulty water pump that needed to be replaced for $2000. When I heard that, I told her I would take it to my mechanic for second opinion. When she told them she was going to pick up the car, she was told she could not have it because it was not safe to drive, at which point we told them to release the car, which they did, but only after they charged $359 to "put it back together". It should be noted that diagnosing a leak in the cooling system should have been done by pressurizing the system and looking for a leak. There should not have been anything to put back together. After we got the car I took the car to my mechanic who diagnosed the problem as a loose hose clamp. Not only that, but the water pump appeared to have been replaced recently and there was nothing wrong with the water pump. Cost for diagnosis and replacing the clamp, $158, a far cry from $2000 ! That is the last time we go to that dealership for anything !

I left a cruse Cruze for an Oli change and I was told that drain plug was too tight and it could break when removed, I didn't given them the go ahead as it would cost me an oil pan replacement, took vehicle to an independent mechanic and I witnessed drain plug being removed wt no effort at all, actually the garage charged nothing for the service. It makes wonder what really happened, I am extremely unhappy and disappointed with the quality of the service rendered, I left the vehicle at Boyer for hours for a simple oil change and I wasted my time taking it somewhere else. I always trusted Boyer for my vehicle but now I have second thoughts about it and I want to hear back from Boyer about it.
