I’m disgusted with this place! The service started out amazing and went down hill from there. I was within my warranty limits, NO WARRANTY! I was promised I would be helped, I was NOT! I was told I would get a call back not only did that call back not come but she blamed someone else, no apology. My bill was 4014$. Not only will i never go back I would suggest if you buy a vehicle here to save your money on the “extended warranty”! You will pay out of pocket anyways. Thanks for the expensive lesson. After having my vehicle for over 2 weeks they couldn’t even find time to give it I quick clean. But they were able to leave an empty air freshener can on my floor.

My husband and I have bought in the past a brand new focus, a GT350, and 2 F150s. Pretty sure that makes us valued customers. After a recent recall on our Focus, we were charged a considerable amount of money for "just looking at the clutch" which was unrelated to the recall. They also wanted to charge a low price of $140/hr (LOL) to look at the navigation that was broken. The service people at Merlin Ford and their Manager DO NOT VALUE YOU. They have a bottom line and that's TO TAKE YOUR MONEY any way they can. Please, do not take your vehicles to get serviced here. Very disappointed. They're great at making the sale, but poor at maintaining customer relationship.

In the past, I’ve had very good service here. My last visit not so much.
Prior to my visit, me and my partner were “guaranteed” pricing from Dallas (sales - can’t recall his last name) to trade in our vehicle for a new one. When we arrived at the dealership, our “guarantee” flew out the window and he couldn’t deliver on his pricing guarantee. When we inquired about it, he shrugged and changed the subject. Also note, he wasn’t completely honest with his pricing (he showed us the vehicle pricing without the amount owing on our current vehicle) which was a substantial amount of money.
Me and my partner then asked about a different and more cost friendly vehicle, Dallas just told us “no we wouldn’t be approved” and continued to push a more expensive vehicle on us. At the end of the meeting we informed him we will need a day or two to think about this purchase. Dallas never did call us back.
Overall, Dallas was a friendly guy, but he wasn’t very professional as he only wanted to sell us an expensive vehicle and wouldn’t try assist us with a more cost friendly vehicle. Dallas even appeared to lose interest in us towards the end of our meeting as he stopped talking to us and kept staring at his phone before we departed.

Horrible. Girlfriend had her vehicle in for the infotainment system malfunctioning under warranty and Keith has yet to do anything and it has been over a year she has been dealing with this. We have sent videos. We have had it into the dealership of it acting up and yet nothing has been done. Do yourself a favor and go to another dealership. Please avoid at all cost if you want any type of warranty work.

Sales department is awesome. Service does not contact you with updates or let you know what's going on and takes many calls to get a hold of. And the communication between departments is frustrating. I would buy there but don't think i will be getting anymore service work done there.

We brought our 2007 Gmc Truck to Mainline we were wanting it checked over as it had a rough idle. They diagnosed a mechanical problem which because of the trucks worth it was not worth us fixing. We told them to leave it as is.We picked up the truck Sept 16,2016. When we went to start it it started very rough but because it was after hours we brought it home anyways. But after we brought the truck home and went to start it up it would not start. We live an hour away from the dealership and ended up transporting it there at our earliest on Friday Oct 21/16. We have never had a problem starting our vehicle ever until after it had been at the service dept. We now are being told it will cost $800 for a sensor. And apparently they tell us it is just a coincidence that the sensor went between the service bay door and the parking lot. After speaking to the service manager and shop foreman we are being told there is nothing they can do. They can definitely can fix it at our cost ( what a great make work project) It is very disappointing to have had a vehicle that we could always start and use to now have one that we can no longer start and use and have to tow it home. And because of the horrible service we received here we took our business elsewhere for our most recent purchase at Tisdales.
