I took my 1500 Ram in to get a new bumper, scratch on the end-gate and a bent exhaust repaired. Three weeks later it was finished. The Teusday before it was done i talked to service at 2p.m. and i was told parts were in but would not be completed for a couple more days. I live an hour out of town so i went home. My phone rings at 3p.m. it was done. w.t.f. Nobodies seems to know what is going on, very disorganized. At one point it was to be done on Friday and that turned into a Teusday. I am not very impressed.

Just another service center that cannot get much right the first time! Keep having to go back to fix up there screw ups. They don't even know what your tire pressure should be set too.

Troy and Kevin when out of their way to help me and my wife. Troy attended a funeral but still made the time to communicate with his team to take care of us. I didn’t know this at the time and left Troy a voicemail asking questions. It was a reminder to myself not to overreact as you never know what’s going on in someone else’s life. I want to sincerely thank Troy for helping us out. I learned a valuable lesson in the need to have some patience.
