We put off buying our new SUV for a long time because we didn’t want to deal with pushy salesmen. After three terrible experiences at other dealerships, we found Caitlyn at Crestview Chrysler and she was didn’t want to deal with pushy salesmen. After three terrible experiences at other dealerships, we found Caitlyn at Crestview Chrysler and she was nothing short of amazing! No sales gimmicks, not pushy, actually honest about the condition of vehicles (when another salesman wasn’t) and went above and beyond to find a vehicle that was in our small budget! And on top of it all, she delivered the vehicle right to us the very next morning, 2.5 hrs away! The financing process was quick and painless with Kolin and we love our new explorer! I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle through Caitlyn, and would recommend her to anyone! More
