"Worst dealership I have ever dealt with."

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Worst service I have ever dealt with. Bought a vehicle from them 5 months ago and have had nothing but issues. I proceeded to address these issues and instead of helping us out, we were treated rudely and disrespectfully. The man we were talking to had the audacity to hang up on us. Wish we were able to catch a name, but since we were hung up on, didn't get it. We just wanted to know why the "inspected" vehicle we bought had cheap after market parts. Would never consider dealing with this dealership again. BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP.

Roel is an absolute life saver. I bought a used Volkswagen from Subaru. It didn't start 3 times in 3 weeks. The last time that it didn't start, I was about to leave for a trip that had already been paid for. Roel got me a rental for free for the week. Roel was super friendly and professional and incredibly helpful. I was so worried that I would be totally screwed, but again, Subaru came through with great service.

"Good Service, Shady Tactics & Charges"

We recently went in for some service. As it was going to take longer then previously discussed we were offered a vehicle to use, no charge to us. The vehicle ended up being from a rental company through the dealership and even though it was only for a few hours Subaru told them to charge us for three weeks! When we questioned this charge the dealership told the rental agency to give a partial refund. We were told it was no charge and even have rental paperwork showing no charge from the dealership. Be very careful of 'free' things from here. The work completed did seem to be well done and we were called afterwards to make sure everything was working well. Staff were friendly but I am very put off by this bait and switch on the rental.

"4th x buying a vehicle from Auto Gallery Regina"

I have had such good service and experiences whether buying a car or getting service work done that I wouldn't go elsewhere! Went in for an oil change and came out with an upgraded vehicle. Mine was over 5 years old and had quite a few kms on it. While waiting for my oil change I looked around at my leisure, saw some things I liked, went and talked to Dale whom I had met when he had given me a courtesy ride few years earlier and within an hour I had a next to new vehicle.

"Worst customer service ever!"

I took my car in to get looked at on Oct 24 because it is a.push button start and when i pushed in the break at times it would not register that the break was being pushed for the car to start. I called and made a appt and took time off work for them to look at my car and see what was wrong and they came back and told me that i needed a brake sensor as it was not registering that the break pedal was being pushed and that they had ordered tje part and it would be in monday or tuesdsy of the next week. Well it is now Nov 20 and i have still yet to hear from them about this part that was supposedly ordered for my car. Are they waiting for me to get stranded somewhere? On top of that a week later my car started making a weird whistling noise and at one point my boyfriend lifted the hood to check if he could see anything and told me to put the car in park and push down on the gas pedal and rev the engine. When i did that there came a point when i had the has pedal fully engaged but the car acted like i was pumping the gas. I called this in to the service department and what i was told was that this is normal and that they would look at it when they get my part in thag has supposedly yet to come in. I will never deal with them again as i feel they think I am a dumb woman and dont know what i am talking about and am hoping that i forgot or will forget about the part that they supposedly ordered for my car.

"These people are crooks, go somewhere else."

Terrible service These people are crooks. Nothing has changed since they caught turning odometers back a few decades ago. I bought a used 2002 forester from some friends some years ago. They bought it almost new and it was sold to them as a previously leased vehicle. Every time that I took it in for service or to renew plates, it kept showing two vin identification numbers, which I thought was odd but they didn't,. My final bad experience with them was at the beginning of last winter when I took it in for an inspection and tune up because a brochure from them had come in the mail. Not only did they not inspect everything, they kept it for four days waiting for a sensor. I've spent about $7000 in the last two years for repairs in this place . Last fall after spending over $600 for a tune up and inspection, the mechanic told me that after closing everything up that he noticed that the underside electrical wiring was bad and that it looked like someone had tried to cover it up! He also said it would probably cost about $1800 to fix. Seriously? To sum up, when I finally got my car back that night, II only made it to the Canadian tire parking lot before it left me stranded in a winter storm. Had to have it towed back. They charged me another $350 for a new battery. Unbelievable! These people are crooks! Save your money, go somewhere else!
