I took my truck in for warranty work in July of 2025, I had a tick in the engine, service 4x4, service stabilitrac, service electronic park brake, service traction control lights on. My 4x4 didnt work, no traction control, and park brake would get stuck on if it came on. The dealer had my truck for 3 days, said they couldn't hear the ticking I complained about, said the park brake issue was resolved by greasing the connector, and let me take the truck. I picked it up, still had the tick, and 3 days later the park brake issue started again, I still had the service 4x4, stabilitrac, traction control, and park brake lights on. The dealer at this time contacts me to pay an invoice, since I brought it in for warranty work and they didnt find any actual problems, I told them the problems were still there and I wasnt paying for something that wasn't dealt with. The advisor asked me to come see Mark the service manager, which i did. Mark scanned the truck and acknowledged that these issues should have been fixed, but said that it wouldn't be covered under warranty since my warranty ended between the initial appointment, and me going to see Mark. I told him it was under warranty when it came in for the issues, and with him acknowledging the issues are there it should still be fixed underwarranty. Long story short, Mark told me hed contact me the next day which never happened, and after months of me calling and leaving messages daily that all went unreturned, I got in touch with FCA. FCA launched an investigation and said they were unsuccessful in reaching the service manager as well, and my file got put to a standstill. Turns out my engine noise was failed lifters and a collapsed piston, now ive had to spend $15,000 dollars on a new engine and FCA telling me they won't cover it, and I still have all the other issues with everything else. I would strongly encourage everyone to steer clear of this dealership, unless you want to get absolutely screwed over. This is my 4th ram truck, and needless to say I will never buy another one due to the absolutely horrific service I have received from both the dealer as well as their parent company. More

Entered facility at 7:30 when my appointment was set up had to wait because they were behind, staff was very good and kept me informed I was still on my way by 10:00 am. I was promised a loaner as i purchased their premium option called "Jeep Wave". I even called weeks ahead to confirm a vehicle. When i arrived no vehicle was available. Service department has been very poor in communication, and they never have basic parts needed to complete the jobs in a timely manner. They are unwilling to order parts ahead of time when booking the serv and they never have basic parts needed to complete the jobs in a timely manner. They are unwilling to order parts ahead of time when booking the service even if we have a code that we know what the problem is. When part ordered for the job after a whole day long diagnostic to lo and behold be the problem we communicated about when we booked appointment, to then way for the part to arrive. Then there is then no communication on if it arrived in time (which is never had the last 2 times) and we’re continually left without a vehicle for an extended period of time. Ongoing communication would have been a small way to make the experience better rather than myself calling to ask for an update only to be further disappointed. The last few experiences have left us not wanting to own a dodge vehicle or buy something not under warranty anymore so we can get better service at a non-dealer, or perhaps another brand with better service. Last two times the parts we were waiting on were very simple like 2 weeks for an o-ring which I could have picked up any any other store, and a small sensor I could have purchased somewhere else quicker as well. I have continually received sub-par service and no proactive communication from this dealership. I also had a fleet vehicle there for pick up for 4.5 weeks from delivery at dealership before it was ready to pick up, with again no communication and we were without the vehicle for an extended period of time. I had to call for updates myself and there was never any proactive communication as to when we could expect to pick it up. Service at this level was sub par as well. More
