Great Service! Thanks Les, Jeff & Stephanie!! - bychance
We booked an appointment with Les to have an issue with the brakes checked out. He made it a priority for the next morning. Once there, found that there were a couple notices in the system for our Explorer and we were given the option to leave it to get them taken care of. We saw how busy the service area was and really appreciate Les fitting it in. He also spoke with Jeff from the body shop about a concern we had and that was also taken care of at the same time. Stephanie not only got us home safely but ensured we had all needed to contact her when we were ready to return. Within less time than we anticipated we returned to find everything completed and ready to go. As it turns out the brakes we went to have checked were good and not an issue. This was our first visit to the service department at Cypress Motors and we will definitely be back. We look forward to meeting the rest of the team in the future as we have yet to use the Quick Lane. Special thank you to Les in service, Jeff in body shop and Stephanie in customer courtesy, you are all very efficient and knowledge representatives of Cypress Motors but your great personalities stood out the most!!

Dealt with Brad with a repair to my truck back in September and he was amazing. Very accommodating, understanding and patient. Was a pleasure to have him in my corner.
Sure missed him today when I want to the dealership for help from the service department and was treated poorly by the lady the come to talk with me. Ill be heading to Yorkton for help now as I won’t tolerate being treated like that.
If your lucky enough to have Brad in your corner your in good hands.

I always receive fantastic work on my truck, from oil changes to windshield repair. I really appreciate Fred from sales picking up/dropping off my vehicle so that I don’t have to wait and I can carry on with my day.

I had the “Works” oil change on my car on Thursday, September 16. I was able to get my vehicle in right away. The service was completed on time and recommendations made for new windshield wipers. I received the checklist and all areas were checked. The complimentary car wash was a bonus. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.

I took my 2014 Ford flex to get a wheel alignment, and that was a mistake. I figured since ford techs should be trained on how to work on ford vehicles, they would be best suited for a simple wheel alignment. Now the Ford Flex has a fairly adjustable suspension set up, so it is on the more complicated side of wheel alignments. Unfortunately what I received after getting my car back was plain and simply dangerous. There are two bolts that attach the steering knuckle to the strut assembly, an upper cam bolt, and a lower locking bolt. The technicians would have to loosen both bolts to adjust wheel camber, which was necessary to correct the alignment on my Flex. (this was verified by a ford technician at a different ford dealership) One day after getting my car back from the shop, (literally less than 24 hours) my wife calls me and says the car is pulling funny and steering randomly on the highway. She did make it home safely with our 7 month old child (thank god). When I took the car for a drive I saw immediately that the wheel was way out of alignment, so I lifted the wheel and to my dismay I found the strut was so loose to the steering knuckle that I could move the tire in and out three inches either way. after more digging I found the passenger side was also the same, and both sides were left loose. Now comes where I got really angry. Jubilee Ford initially tried to tell me to get lost, and that it was my fault the bolts were loose, because one week prior to jubilee ford doing this wheel alignment, I had my front struts replace. Initially they offered no compensation and belittled me for being incompetent, saying I installed the struts incorrectly causing the bolts to back out and come loose. which is BS, as the technician clearly had to loosen these bolts to perform the camber alignment. Eventually I was able to get my money back for the wheel alignment they completely botched, and they corrected the wheel alignment free of charge. but not before they told me they would not accept responsibility for the loose camber bolt. I'm glad I got my money back, but honesty was not a forefront for Jubilee's dealings. I will never return for any service work again in the future. Nor will I or my company ever purchase another vehicle through this ford dealer ever again.

Last week had to tow my son's 2011 ford fusion into Merlin ford. It quit at a light when he was heading to work. I booked it in and the service guy was more interested in getting me a rental while it was at the dealership. He didn't know when it would get into the shop. The next morning he called me at 8:00 am to tell me they had spent an hour on it already and couldn't find the problem. He wanted me to approve another hour of diagnosis time before they would go ahead. Well after this they found the problem. A sensor on fuel pump had failed. A $49.00 part.
When we went to pick it up they charged us 2 hours time but charged us twice for the part. Most people just pay their bills and don't look at the bill. I have dealt with them several times but will never again.
