Sure missed him today when I want to the dealership for help from the service department and was treated poorly by the lady the come to talk with me. Ill be heading to Yorkton for help now as I won’t tolerate being treated like that.

I work at a shop in Rosetown,sk. we had a blizzard on sunday Nov-08-2020. I had to plow through deep snow to get to work on monday, so i put my F-150 inside our shop to thaw out. i checked my air filter. It was dirty and wet. So I called Regal motors, I spoke with Jeremy Bides in parts. I asked him if they would be able to bring me a air filter. He said sure, and showed up a bit later. Awesome service at Regal motors. thx guys.

I don't know much about cars at all. I just require them to run. I bought my first pre-owned car from them two years ago. They were extremely helpful and was always available to answer any questions I had about my car (even very stupid ones). They always made sure to clean up my car and make it look presentable after repairs and oil changes. The staff were always friendly and the mechanics were honest about charging me fees (believe me I checked with other mechanics). It's too bad I'm no longer in Estevan. Otherwise, I would have continued to frequent their service center.

My husband and I have bought in the past a brand new focus, a GT350, and 2 F150s. Pretty sure that makes us valued customers. After a recent recall on our Focus, we were charged a considerable amount of money for "just looking at the clutch" which was unrelated to the recall. They also wanted to charge a low price of $140/hr (LOL) to look at the navigation that was broken. The service people at Merlin Ford and their Manager DO NOT VALUE YOU. They have a bottom line and that's TO TAKE YOUR MONEY any way they can. Please, do not take your vehicles to get serviced here. Very disappointed. They're great at making the sale, but poor at maintaining customer relationship.

Typical small town rip off shop. I won't be back. My vehicle was in for recall work, but after I mentioned the check engine light was on, they went ahead and charged me the 1/2 hour shop time to also plug into the diagnostics (while it was already in a service bay) and look at a fricken screen.
I essentially ended up paying $100 for a quote for changing plugs. That's a good scam they got going there. I hope they had a good laugh about it. Watch who you go to for your recall service work. Ford washed their hands of it of course. I know its small time, but tired of being treated like xxxx.

We booked an appointment with Les to have an issue with the brakes checked out. He made it a priority for the next morning. Once there, found that there were a couple notices in the system for our Explorer and we were given the option to leave it to get them taken care of. We saw how busy the service area was and really appreciate Les fitting it in. He also spoke with Jeff from the body shop about a concern we had and that was also taken care of at the same time. Stephanie not only got us home safely but ensured we had all needed to contact her when we were ready to return. Within less time than we anticipated we returned to find everything completed and ready to go. As it turns out the brakes we went to have checked were good and not an issue. This was our first visit to the service department at Cypress Motors and we will definitely be back. We look forward to meeting the rest of the team in the future as we have yet to use the Quick Lane. Special thank you to Les in service, Jeff in body shop and Stephanie in customer courtesy, you are all very efficient and knowledge representatives of Cypress Motors but your great personalities stood out the most!!
