Sure missed him today when I want to the dealership for help from the service department and was treated poorly by the lady the come to talk with me. Ill be heading to Yorkton for help now as I won’t tolerate being treated like that.

I don't know much about cars at all. I just require them to run. I bought my first pre-owned car from them two years ago. They were extremely helpful and was always available to answer any questions I had about my car (even very stupid ones). They always made sure to clean up my car and make it look presentable after repairs and oil changes. The staff were always friendly and the mechanics were honest about charging me fees (believe me I checked with other mechanics). It's too bad I'm no longer in Estevan. Otherwise, I would have continued to frequent their service center.

When I bought my current truck 3 years ago, I traded my old vehicle. It was a retail value of about 13k, but I did not even get 8k. Okay, I swallowed the pill, because I was excited to receive my new one (actually 3 years old). Already some month later the truck showed me a low-battery message, and I was worried about not being able to start it one day. So I installed a small trickle charger under the hood, and plugged it in from time to time. When I went to the dealership, they told me the car is okay, but because I installed this charger, the car would give me a wrong information about the battery. What a BS. I really hate those smartypants, pretending to know everything, but obviously not having any idea about what they are talking about. Outrageous, that they charged me big Dollars for testing the battery (about the price of a new one), and telling me the battery would be good. Some month later I replaced the battery anyways, and (of course) I still have the same issue. But I am not bothering Terry Ortynsky Royal Ford anymore, because I am tired of dealing with the bigmouthed service department. So I wasted 150+ bucks on a brand new battery, regardless that the issue with my truck would have been covered by the warranty I purchased.
Lately my truck started to smell like burnt oil, and there has also a recall been issued for safety reasons. It is 3 business days ago that I contacted them using their online form, and asked for an appointment, to have a look at the burning oil issue, and to get the recall fix done.
But there is no responds for 3 days already. Still waiting for my email to be answered. This is definitely not the support I am expecting.

My husband and I have bought in the past a brand new focus, a GT350, and 2 F150s. Pretty sure that makes us valued customers. After a recent recall on our Focus, we were charged a considerable amount of money for "just looking at the clutch" which was unrelated to the recall. They also wanted to charge a low price of $140/hr (LOL) to look at the navigation that was broken. The service people at Merlin Ford and their Manager DO NOT VALUE YOU. They have a bottom line and that's TO TAKE YOUR MONEY any way they can. Please, do not take your vehicles to get serviced here. Very disappointed. They're great at making the sale, but poor at maintaining customer relationship.

I've previously had great experiences at Ford Dealerships. However, this time was not very pleasant. I spent over a $1108.72 (parts and labor) to fix my car's broken muffler. I'm giving them the stars because they fixed the muffler and the lady and guy driving me to work after dropping off my car was very pleasant. I asked them to take pictures of wear and tear to my suspension because they recommended extra repairs. They could have even taken videos (everyone owns a smartphone right??!). However, they didn't bother and just said it was too difficult to do. However, after that was all said and done, they didn't bother to vacuum and clean up my car. I've been to Estevan Ford dealership and Saskatoon's Jubilee Ford and they were all very professional with making my car look presentable after oil changes or repairs. Some even threw in free repairs like changed a car light for me. I am not asking for free service. However, professionalism is very important. Even Kal Tire (low end chain) cleans up the car to look presentable. I am not going back there ever again. I'm going to ask my friends for recommendations in the future.

We booked an appointment with Les to have an issue with the brakes checked out. He made it a priority for the next morning. Once there, found that there were a couple notices in the system for our Explorer and we were given the option to leave it to get them taken care of. We saw how busy the service area was and really appreciate Les fitting it in. He also spoke with Jeff from the body shop about a concern we had and that was also taken care of at the same time. Stephanie not only got us home safely but ensured we had all needed to contact her when we were ready to return. Within less time than we anticipated we returned to find everything completed and ready to go. As it turns out the brakes we went to have checked were good and not an issue. This was our first visit to the service department at Cypress Motors and we will definitely be back. We look forward to meeting the rest of the team in the future as we have yet to use the Quick Lane. Special thank you to Les in service, Jeff in body shop and Stephanie in customer courtesy, you are all very efficient and knowledge representatives of Cypress Motors but your great personalities stood out the most!!
