She made the test driving experience very enjoyable and explained relevant features on the vehicles in comprehensive detail. Even when we decided that a Toyota ultimately wasn’t for us, Gwen was a class act, wishing us well and followed up with a lovely message of thanks for our time - something that is almost never seen from a salesperson who didn’t get the days’ deal.
