Another Great Experience I started the adventure back before Christmas. I started out wanting a Chev Silverado Z 71. After much searching through the various packages with Cat I started the adventure back before Christmas. I started out wanting a Chev Silverado Z 71. After much searching through the various packages with Cathy Gray, I ended up with a heavy duty Sierra which I love. It appeared to be the only way I could get the trailering mirrors I needed. I give Cathy top marks for tenacity. She had to order my truck because there wasn't one around that satisfied my requirements. When the truck arrived Cathy was quite ill and couldn't make it to work, but a couple of colleagues rose to the challenge and made the appointment work since it was the only time I could come that week. I forgot the ownership from my 2014 truck and had to drive on gravel roads with my brand new truck to get it, When I returned Anne asked me if that was my new truck that was so dirty. I replied yes. She then called service to get it washed for me asap. An unexpected bonus!!! The next day when Cathy returned to work, we talked as she wanted to make sure I got everything I needed. I love my new truck as it has everything I want. I just regret that Cathy had to work so hard to get it. Seems like GM could streamline their process and make it easier to order the vehicle you want. I commend the HMP team for making everything work under less than ideal circumstances. More

He happened to have a 2015 GMC yukon xl on the lot, which was reasonably priced. I did a test drive, and was SOLD! Great customer service and great place to shop for NEW or Used vehicles! Purchase of new Chev Silverado 1500 Peter took the initiative to contact us about the idea of upgrading our current Sierra 1500. He had done the upfront work to determine we could purchase a newer truck with more options and only increase our monthly payments marginally given the equity we already had into our current financed truck. He also worked with Tim to give us a discount given the referrals we continually send to HMP. Peter even timed the delivery with the weather, ensuring it was delivered to us clean as a whistle and had it ready for us as soon as we got back from vacation! More
