When the car arrived, Tim Hamather went through step by step everything I had to know and to do with the vehicle including ONSTAR activation and Serius FM activation. Anne Sullivan greets me on the phone like we are neighbours. She is the best "front-of-line" person I have encountered at any business EVER! Anne is absolutely a 10 out of 10!
