Amazing service and exceptional care. Yesterday the key to my truck broke and i needed it replaced so i could start my truck. I called Dave Gratanie and he said this would be covered no pr Yesterday the key to my truck broke and i needed it replaced so i could start my truck. We decided that i should try a dealership closer to my home as i live an hour and a half from Erinwood Ford and it should only take about 15 minutes to fix me up. I first went to Shanahan Ford in Newmarket. What a waste of time that was. They really didn't care that my truck was running in the parking lot and i was concerned with shutting it off for fear of not getting it going. The service writer told me to go to Mcalpine Ford in Aurora. Although i felt they were nice to deal with they didn't have the key blank for the repair and they felt i should have to pay for the key. About $400.00. I spoke to Dave and the service team at Erinwood and what a great experience. They made time and took me right away and fixed everything no charge. Not only did they replace my key but they changed my oil' rotated my tires,and did a multi point inspection on my truck for free. The service writer actually kept mechanics back from lunch so they could get me out faster. What a breath of fresh air. So often people talk about trying to be number one. Excellent service all the time I have been servicing my Focus ST at Erinwood for 3 years now. I really go out of my way (50kms each way) just to have piece of mind from this dealer I have been servicing my Focus ST at Erinwood for 3 years now. I really go out of my way (50kms each way) just to have piece of mind from this dealer. Gary Banks in service is honest and forth coming. I have never had an issue having any part replaced under warranty which some dealers like to refuse and play silly games. Whether its by email or by phone Gary will answer and deliver. Today was the most surprising visit ever. I went in for an oil change and explained that I would like a tech to look at my rear rotors as I noticed some graining/scoring. As the oil change was done, my rotors were replaced as well free of charge. All this on a 3 year old low mileage car. I did not expect that whatsoever and thank them for this honest and loyal service. It was a sign of a good will gesture. You won't receive that anywhere else. That is why I travel far to get service here. Excellent group of people. Thanks Gary and the team. More

Csutomer Service Excellence We have 3 fords in our family, 2 bought from Erinwood. 1 bought from London dealer, but originated from Erinwood. There was a problem 1 month after warranty expired, having gone through Ford Canada, then back to Erinwood we got connected to Shawn Moon. My husband had researched the issue and conveyed the problem. The apt was made and at that time any costs for correcting the issue. The problem was fixed and there was no charge. Additionally, my daughter was happy that she got a courtesy car for the time that it took to solve the problem (overnight). The problem was addressed very professionally and resolved at no cost to us. Needless to say, we are very happy with the customer service received by Shawn and his team. More

Worth the Drive to Mississauga's Erinwood Service.. Our weekly chores took us to Mississauga for a routine "The Works" on our 2008 Escape with 54,000 kms on it. We are from Toronto and the trip to Mississauga is only worth it for Erinwood and the great service from Chris. Having dealt with Erinwood Ford since 1979, I would no longer search for any other dealership EVER! After our simple oil change, we drove down the street and noticed that our tire was making a noise. We turned around and took it back to Chris who soon discovered that we ran over something on our short 1 block trip. He quickly fixed and patched the tire and did not charge us anything for it. Erinwood Continues to be Excellent had a minor warranty issue. Gillian saw me, handled the problem, fixed it on the spot and was totally gracious throughout!. I had to get the oil changed at the Ford dealership in Naples Florida as it hit the mileage mark. Erinwood is head and shoulders above those guys, who weren't bad but don't lay a glove on Erinwood. More
