My Black And Beautiful RAM I have always been impressed with all aspects of Capital Dodge since I became a customer in 2012. Recently an amazing woman by the name of Breana call I have always been impressed with all aspects of Capital Dodge since I became a customer in 2012. Recently an amazing woman by the name of Breana called me and asked if I'd be interested in attending an event at the dealership and look at trading in either my RAM or JEEP. I said I loved them and doubt that I could be convinced to do so. I came in regardless to take part in the event and was welcomed and explained in detail about the Trade Up Event. After some chatting and a little negotiations I am now the proud owner of a 2016 Dodge RAM. It has even more options than my old truck and I was able to start again with low kms. Breana was so great to deal with and didn't pressure us at all. My wife and I felt great and well taken care of throughout the process. Thanks a lot Breana for coordinating all the details and the other folks within the dealership to make all of the details come together. More

Painless - an almost pleasant experience! I find buying cars to be a very stressful experience. I like to have all my ducks in a row before I start - most importantly a reasonable "on the road I find buying cars to be a very stressful experience. I like to have all my ducks in a row before I start - most importantly a reasonable "on the road" price I'm willing to pay and able to afford, including a rough idea (through research) of what I think my existing car would be worth on trade in. I'd been dealing with another out of town dealership for over a week, and they were staunchly unwilling to move from the initial price I was given, which was out of my range due to a lowball on the trade in. So I visited Capital City Dodge, and within 20 minutes I was given the price I thought was reasonable. Less than an hour later, I'd processed through the majority of the paperwork, and two days later picked up my new car. I dealt primarily with Andreanne and Michael, they were amazing - this was the car buying experience I'd always dreamed of! More

New RAM 1500 - smooth purchase Traded my 2010 RAM 1500 and purchased a new 2016 replacement. Andreanne was very courteous and quickly selected the exact model with options that we Traded my 2010 RAM 1500 and purchased a new 2016 replacement. Andreanne was very courteous and quickly selected the exact model with options that we wanted from on-lot inventory. We reviewed, negotiated and settled on a price and a few days later our new truck was ready. Andreanne made the entire process very smooth and pleasant. She seemed to truly care about making sure that we were happy with our purchase. We also had some accessories mounted and Brian in parts was very helpful to ensure that our truck was delivered to us quickly with the accessories installed. Highly recommend dealing with Andreanne, Brian and Capital Dodge. More

Le processus d'achat s'est déroulé de façon ouverte et professionnelle dans le cadre d'une transaction gagnant-gagnant de la part de tous y compris le management et le service des pièces et son gestionnaire ainsi que le gestionnaire attitré du contrat.
