Good sales. Great express lane. Was happy with sales guy Kent. He was funny and informative and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. He's a knowledgeable sales person and takes pride in his work and strives to make complete customer satisfaction even when it's not his sale. Would only work with him as my salesperson for my next purchase. Was satisfied with service up until I signed documents and picked up my truck. Once it was in my possession I got pushed off to the side repeatedly even though they had promised to have things repaired. Was in 3 times for repairs and repairs where never done. Waited 5 hours first visit and was ignored by my sales guy. I gave up with fighting with them. Was told the truck is safe and the rest doesn't matter. They didn't even have a loaner for my days even though was told multiple times and have emails to show they would guarantee me one. Went back for my oil change. Jp (express lane advisor) was great. Transmission Troubles My 30+ year long dream to finally own and drive a Fiat 500 - even though only second hand - changed into a sudden downer just about 3 weeks ago when I My 30+ year long dream to finally own and drive a Fiat 500 - even though only second hand - changed into a sudden downer just about 3 weeks ago when I noticed really bad noises coming from the front end of the car. I had it towed to this dealership even though I did not purchase this car from them a few months ago. The service team was very nice, and especially Brent went a long way to have my blown transmission exchanged at n/c under the factory warranty. During all the time it took to get my own car back this dealer supplied me with a free loaner to stay mobile. Unfortunately they noticed at that time that possibly both front wheel bearings also needed to be replaced. Although I was quoted for two replacements, at the end they only needed to replace one of them. I truly appreciated their honesty in this matter as well. At this point I have to give them big 'koodos' and will highly recommend this dealership. Hopefully my Fiat will be fine for a while now, and if not I know where I will bring it from now on. This week, my tire pressure light came on, so I stopped in and asked the staff if they could fill my tires and retorque the tires. They did it right away without any expectation of payment. Ryan Rodney and the other staff are always professional and pleasant to deal with. When I ask for a non-smoking mechanic, I trust them to provide this. My vehicle has never smelled like smoke after it was returned to me. More

As competitive as the market is I never felt pressured to make a snap decision. I am a commissioned salesperson and have high expectations when I make a large purchase and he surpassed them. Ken helped us with the financing and he was not only professional but alot of fun to deal with. Capital Dodge is lucky to have both Ken and Chris working for them. Best customer service at a dealership EVER! I was very happy with the customer service. I purchased a 2016 Dodge Caravan and my husband purchased a 2015 Dodge Ram. Kent went above and beyond t I was very happy with the customer service. I purchased a 2016 Dodge Caravan and my husband purchased a 2015 Dodge Ram. Kent went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy and that we got the deal we needed. He even came out to help me with all the features in my van the next day when I came back to ask questions. As the business manager, I am sure that he should have passed me on to someone else, another salesperson, but he didn't! He took the time and answered all my questions. Before Kent, we worked with Kelsey who was the sweetest girl you could ever meet. She was patient, funny, smart and made us feel like family. We are from a very small town and that is the customer service that we appreciate. Small town feel in the big city. When we came to pick up our truck, there was a little confusion and I was given a loaner and told that I would have to come back the next day. I was disappointed. But here comes Kelsey to the rescue and she delivered our new truck for my husband right to our door! That was an hour and fifteen minute trip just for us! The guys in the parts department were fabulous as well. Hilarious guys that again, made us feel like family. Last but not least, there was the hand written thank you note that Kelsey gave me personally when I was picking up the second vehicle. It was sweet and kind. We will never forget our wonderful experience at Capital Dodge and I will tell everyone to go there for a vehicle purchase. More
