Used Chevy volt bought over the internet I purchased my 2013 Chevy volt without ever seeing it. I live in BC and had to trust that Bill was representing the car honestly. The service department has always been there for me when I am in need of assistance. They have answered my concerns; been totally professional and always willing to go that extra mile. Service Department Manager Shane has always greeted me with a smile. My most recent dealing with service was today-I drove my car into work and had to have it towed to Budd's. I contacted Juan and he immediately looked after my car and went beyond to carefully make sure that all my problems were looked at right away and my car was returned to me at a time that suited me. There is nothing else I may say to describe the outstanding service that this dealership has provided me with.
