My boyfriend and I recently moved to the Oakville area and were in need of a new vehicle. We had heard great things about the Chevy Cruze, so we decided to stop by Budd's dealership to take a look at a fe and were in need of a new vehicle. We were greeted by a salesperson named Henry Drodge, who was a pleasure to deal with. Throughout our entire experience, Henry was very friendly and laid-back. Before buying our Cruze, we visited a few other dealerships and found that most of the other salespeople were pushy and a little too eager to close a sale. We were glad to return to Henry and finalize the sale of our Cruze. Henry also worked with us to get down to a price we could afford. He also made sure we could pick up our vehicle within a few days. I would definitely recommend this dealership, and salesperson to anyone in the market for a new or used or car. More

Based on our experiences to date, the answer is a resoundiung YES! Chris Budd remains closely involved with the day-to-day operations which is a rarity today amongst "big" dealer principals but appreciated as a consumer. All the managers from Wayne (GM) to Dave (Parts) and Peter in service are all very approachable and understanding which indicates that this is a well run facility. I have been back since for an oil change and Ernest made a point of coming over and saying hello. The Service Centre is the best i have ever seen! I don't usually like to wait while my car is being serviced but there were beverages, a TV and lots to keep me occupied while i was waiting. The Service Bay is hightech, i have never seen anything like it. Budd's is the best GM dealership i have ever been to. I have been driving GM vehicles for over 20 years and this dealership will continue to get my business. More
