My experience with the team at Lexus of London was excellent. As soon as I entered the dealership, I was greeted by Lisa, who listened to my requirements. We quickly narrowed the search to the RX or NX Hybrid SUVs. Lisa arranged a couple of test drives the same day and a few more two days later. She sent a few friendly emails reminding me of other options, which were appreciated. Lexus of London has an excellent selection of vehicles, and I was able to find the perfect fit already in their inventory. Lisa also followed up with me after the purchase to ensure I was happy with my new vehicle.
Overall, the customer service at this dealership was excellent. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. Two other staff members in particular merit mention.
Jasmine, the financial services manager, clearly explained the wide variety of financing and promotional offers available. I was satisfied that she gave good advice about what options were needed and which were worth the extra investment. There was no pressure to select options I didn't need.
Brenden was the support specialist who provided technical training on delivery day. He efficiently and patiently explained all the screens and accessories, connected my mobile phone and adjusted the settings and displays. It was a very effective way of learning an immense amount of essential information.
