Sal is a very friendly saleman and he makes you feel at home during the purchase. He is politely and not pushy as comparing to many other sales people. We enjoyed dealing with him. He is great (making up 25 words).

I have waited for a while before writing a review. After all I have to test the new car. So far I am pleased with the performance and the overall experience with the dealership. My warmest thanks to Rocco Speziali, my salesman, he was able to combine his own interest as a salesman and my interest as a customer. As far I am concerned this is the hallmark of a good salesman. Sal Daddabbo was very helpful and answered all my questions. He went out of his way to ensure my satisfaction and got me the car I wanted for the price I wanted to pay. I saved about $5000.00 compared to other dealerships I had visited. I highly recommend Sal if you are looking to purchase a car!

We had a 13 year old van that unexpectedly had it,s final day. In a panic needing a vehicle asap went from dealership to dealership completely unsatisfied with the service, quality of vehicles and high pricing. Exhausted and feeling overwhelmed we were kindly greeted by James Philpott a sales associate for Peel Oakville. He took the time to find out our needs in a new vehicle , he really made us finally we came to the right place. It was refreshing to purchase my new Fiat 500C from Josh West at Peel Chrysler from the initial contact through their website on a Saturday night to next being contacted Monday morning by their efficient concierge service who put me in touch with Josh, the Fiat Aficionado. Refreshing it was indeed as Josh answered all of my questions on my wish list over the phone with an intimate sound knowledge of the Fiat 500C and their impressive inventory of options that best suited my needs with professional enthusiasm. When my partner Norman and I arrived to pick up my new Fiat on Wednesday night, Josh was as polite as he was professional. Again it was refreshing to meet such a young person who's manners and social etiquette mirrored his ease of knowledge as he shared his passion for the Fiat. Honestly, after wasting 2 days of my life at a car dealership in London & being hit on by sleazy 'Larry-the-Lounge-Lizard' types of incontinent & incompetent car salesmen only to find the car I was told I had purchased was already sold to someone else even before I signed the purchase contract and paid the required deposit. I discouragedly thought any minuscule molecule of customer service left in this industry today was an oxymoron in goodwill, morals and taste.
Josh West has restored my faith in professional car salesmen and Fiat has lovingly restored my faith in the female mid-life crisis (for under $25,0000!) Thank you both! I love simply love my new 'Fiona' Fiat 500C.
