Last week, I had the best & smoothest car-buying experience of my life. Previously, I purchased vehicles from dozens of dealerships all across southern Ontario (Nissan, Toyota, Lexus, Mazda, Audi, e experience of my life. Previously, I purchased vehicles from dozens of dealerships all across southern Ontario (Nissan, Toyota, Lexus, Mazda, Audi, etc). The experience I had at St Catharines Nissan was better than I could have imagined and far exceeded my expectations. The bar was raised so high I don’t think it can get any better. As soon as I walked into the dealership, I was greeted by Kevin Luna, who ended up selling me a brand new car. Kevin was friendly, professional, kind & considerate. His happy & upbeat demeanour makes it easy to talk to him. I felt like his main priority was to help me and give me information. I didn’t feel pressured at all & didn’t feel like it was a business interaction. If you are looking for information about a vehicle, Kevin knew all the details, from inside to out. He is an automotive-enthusiast who really loves cars. He was able to teach me about all the Nissan vehicles available and compare/contrast them to similar cars I was cross-shopping with. I ended up putting a downpayment on a car that very day and felt good about doing it! They needed to prepare my new car, so I went back home with a scheduled time for pick-up. Kevin kept me updated on every step during the week. And when I came to pick up my new car, he made the experience so special. I felt like a real VIP: he took his time going thru all of the paperwork, answering all my questions, and took me outside to show me the vehicle. Kevin took extra time to go through every detail of my new car, showing all the safety and luxury features that made me fall in love with my Nissan. I drove away feeling like a million bucks… I’ve been telling all my friends & family about how exceptional the service at St Catharines Nissan was, including Kevin and the General Manager, Chris Rose.
