This is the 2nd car I have purchased from this dealership and Christopher, once again, made sure everything was done promptly & successfully. I took delivery of my NEW 2023 Sentra yesterday & couldn't be mor and Christopher, once again, made sure everything was done promptly & successfully. I took delivery of my NEW 2023 Sentra yesterday & couldn't be more pleased. Christopher is more than an asset to this company. If I live long enough to require another car, you can bet bottom dollar, I will be back to meet with Christopher. He takes care of his cutomers 110% More

I recently visited a car salon at the Yorkdale mall where I looked at a preproduction Nissan Frontier. I’m very interested in this car and did give them my contact so that a local dealer could reach out to m I looked at a preproduction Nissan Frontier. I’m very interested in this car and did give them my contact so that a local dealer could reach out to me. (I did indicate my preferred method: email). I was promptly contacted by the local dealer rep, but the email seemed odd: one sentence. No introduction, no salutation. I thought maybe that’s how they do it now. I responded to the email saying that I’d like to find out more about the car once they are at the dealers. Again, Fred answered very briefly, almost like he doesn’t even care whether or not someone is interested. I work in sales too. A lead where a customer reaches out to a sales person, rather than a sales person having to “hit the pavement” is worth gold. Here is what Fred said (this is the entire content, no salutation, etc): “ We have already had 4 of them. And sold immediately. If you do some research . You can find out all about them. I have an sv in stock ready for sale” I’m doing my research: Me reaching out to them is essentially asking them: please help me with my research. Please “take me by the hand” and show me the car. I’m asking them to wow me, and show me why they are worth my hard earned $50,000. Maybe people buy cars like chewing gum nowadays, and it’s barely worth even trying to be the guide to your customer. Thanks for your advice. I’ll do my research… at the Toyota dealership. More

I had a couple of communications issues with my “product consultant” i.e. salesperson, probably due in part to some inexperience and training needs on is part. However the Sales Manager and management team consultant” i.e. salesperson, probably due in part to some inexperience and training needs on is part. However the Sales Manager and management team at the dealership, were quick to step in and helped the work through the communication errors in an appropriate add meaningful way. My product consultant apologized for how he handled the situation and everything was handled in a very professional manner. I think it was a good learning experience for everyone, myself included. More

I recommend St Catharines Nissan and Fred Schwarz. After visiting various other independent and automaker lots, I found what I was looking for with Fred's help at St Catharines Nissan. Fred was excellent, k visiting various other independent and automaker lots, I found what I was looking for with Fred's help at St Catharines Nissan. Fred was excellent, knowledgeable, resourceful, helpful, and in no way pushy. Friendly and accommodating, I test drove multiple models of used Nissans and found what I was looking for. Kalei Murri as Finance Manager was efficient, clear and friendly. It was a good purchasing experience, and I recommend you consider them when shopping for your next vehicle. More
