Hanna has been the one to restore my trust in car service providers after receiving consistently terrible service advisory at my purchase dealership. She has been very supportive and empathetic since the day providers after receiving consistently terrible service advisory at my purchase dealership. She has been very supportive and empathetic since the day we met. Hanna takes pride in her role and the impression she leaves on her customers. She has gone above and beyond to deliver outstanding service and I would 1000% recommend anyone strolling into Toronto Hyundai to try her as their new service advisor (just please do not overwhelm her all it once lol). Thank you Hanna for your dedication and care. You are the standard for customer care. More
Absolutely ridiculous they almost killed my mother literally She got a recall notice for her 2013 Hyundai Elantra for the brake lines We booked the appointment brought her car in They checked it ov literally She got a recall notice for her 2013 Hyundai Elantra for the brake lines We booked the appointment brought her car in They checked it over told her brake lines were still good did the rust proofing portion of it and did a great job washing her car Not even a tank of gas 347 km later her brake pedal went to the floor and she flew through a red light My brother and I brought it to a Master Mechanic Shop that was close by where the brake line failed they said these lines should have been replaced and it doesn't look like anybody even check them because none of the brake line covers were never even removed Call the dealership back and let them know what happened they said they'll need to see if we can still get the recall for it done by the dealership They tried saying it might not be covered because the recall service has already been performed We were literally all just looking at each other we told him it better be because it wasn't performed properly We had to keep calling and calling even after we sent the email with the picture of the brake line leak it took 3 weeks before he got approval so our mother was well without a car for that long because of their incompetent work I understand mechanics at dealerships don't like warranty work because the pay is not very good but still you have people's lives in your hands So finally we got the car there they did the work the service advisor said the mechanic recommends we get rear calipers because they're seized Seriously you didn't notice it needed rear calipers on the first inspection needless to say it didn't need rear calipers Got the car back I went for a test drive around the dealership my brother got into the car and said look at that there was a hand sanitizer bottle underneath the emergency brake handle preventing the cable from fully releasing Well it makes sense everybody that had to drive the car afterwards needed to use the emergency brake to stop the car including Carl the mechanic that worked on it You would think oh well finally at least we're done Brought the car back to Master Mechanic to have them take a look at the work Got more value all they could do was shake their heads and say what butcher worked on this They had no idea how somebody could do such a bad job with formed brake lines all they had to do was unfold them and put them in He ran one brake line over the gas filler neck and one under not the way it came from Factory The brake line clip along the gas tank they weren't in the they were just hanging there the brake line clip at the right rear wheel was just bouncing around with the wheel They said we would have been lucky if we got 6 months before this brake line either rubbed its way through the fuel filler neck or broke on the right rear wheel from all the bouncing around So we ended up being an hour labor for them to run it properly and bleed the lines We sent the video of the disaster to the service advisor we never got a reply we even emailed them twice and called nothing She now has another recall notice regarding the ABS unit I'm now hunting around looking at reviews of all the dealerships hoping to find a good one unfortunately most of them have a bunch of negative reviews I'm not sure how much work installing this fuse is but I hope they don't have to play around with too much of the other electrical wiring She was looking at the Hyundai SUVs before this brake line Fiasco happened because she is getting older and didn't want a vehicle she has to slide into and get out of But she has now completely stop looking at Hyundai's Hopefully she'll listen to us and get a Toyota a rav4 would be perfect height for her If you do get your work done there I'm not sure if he's still there but make sure Carl does not touch your car More

I took my Palisade SUV in for service and a recall for the wipers. When i was there they said there was also a recall on the trailer hitch harness. When I bought the SUV (at a dealership in another Provi the wipers. When i was there they said there was also a recall on the trailer hitch harness. When I bought the SUV (at a dealership in another Province) I had them put on (through a third party) a special trailer harness to enable me to tow a larger trailer with trailer brakes. When I picked up he SUV I noticed my braking trailer harness and plug adapter was gone and the parts were in my trunk. I asked Lu (nice lady) at the service desk about it, she said "they had to order a part for the wiper and they would fix the trailer harness when I brought it back". After I picked it up the second time (Lu was not there), the braking trailer harness had not been put back. I showed another service desk gentleman the parts that had been removed and put in my trunk, and he went in to talk to the service manager and technician. After quite a while he came back and told me that they told him that they did nothing with my trailer hitch harness only inspect it, on both visits, and the harness was like this when I brought it in. I told them this was absolutely wrong as the harness was on the SUV for 3 years as I was towing my large trailer with brakes with it, and I certaintly did not remove it. It made me feel that they believed I was trying to get them to install my original braking harness for free. I went home and checked the paperwork and indeed it stated that a technician, named Kelvin, had replaced the harness with a standard 4 pin harness. I called back the service desk to tell them that the service manager did not tell hem the truth, and I had proof, but my call was never returned. I now have to find a third party trailer company to repair this. Glenn Kosick More
