Escape "SYNC" always causes stress I bought a brand new vehicle, and had problems with the advanced SYNC features (bluetooth, navigation, voice activation) from the start. I left in tea I bought a brand new vehicle, and had problems with the advanced SYNC features (bluetooth, navigation, voice activation) from the start. I left in tears without my vehicle for vacation after the 6th visit to repair it made it not useable. I was belittled, disrespected, argued with and embarrassed. I wrote a letter to the owner who sold the company shortly afterwards and I never received a response of any sort from anyone. However, I have had great service from Dawood, Bryan and Dave in Sales and Ken in Quicklane. I would not recommend this dealership. More

Excellent I have bought a few trucks from Ford and always with Dave. One year I decided to purchase something different than a Ford. However this was a major I have bought a few trucks from Ford and always with Dave. One year I decided to purchase something different than a Ford. However this was a major mistake and I was left in the cold. I went back to Dave and Ford let them no the issue with the car. And they were so great gave me a great deal and gave me a loner at no cost for a month. This is way I always recommend Dave to everyone I know. Les More
