We have leased several vehicles from Lexus of London for close to 20 years. The sales and service department have been exemplary. Rick Watson was very helpful and prompt to answer any questions. We would also like to mention a few weeks ago with our previous Lexus we experienced a flat tire away from home on a weekend and were left without a vehicle. Romeo (and the techs) was incredibly helpful and patient as I relayed to him the occasional issue with my onboard screen and he made the time to take a look and help resolve it.
