Romeo (and the techs) was incredibly helpful and patient as I relayed to him the occasional issue with my onboard screen and he made the time to take a look and help resolve it. Professional, pleasant and very kind to work with. Would totally recommend Lexus Service especially with the more difficult to resolve issues.
