Jillian was very courteous, professional, and possessed a high degree of product knowledge. Initially, we planned on buying a block heater and power cord; however, she convinced us that a trickle charger wou high degree of product knowledge. Initially, we planned on buying a block heater and power cord; however, she convinced us that a trickle charger would be more appropriate, as we leave the vehicle home when we travel, thus we would not have a dead battery upon arriving home. I would like to also note that our initial purchase was a Rx500h. My lady was unsure of the colour but we purchased the vehicle. After seeing a blue RX on the road, she changed her mind. Contact was made with Jillian and she arranged to stop the sale of the 500h and we ended up buying the 350h. A big thank to Jillian for completing the sale adjustment without any difficulties. I would also like to thank Reece in finance for his assistance and help working out the financing details, and Adam for introducing us to the huge array of electronics in the vehicle and assisting with meshing of the vehicle electronics with the Lexus app on our phones. More

We just purchased our 8th RX350 from this dealership and our salesperson and other staff did everything possible to make it a pleasant experience. This is the first time I have purchased a used car from Lexus of London. Jillian was very nice and professional. Compared to previous purchases we were a bit disappointed that the car hadn’t been cleaned c Lexus of London. Jillian was very nice and professional. Compared to previous purchases we were a bit disappointed that the car hadn’t been cleaned carefully or recently, or detailed. The shifter area was dusty and the exterior wasn’t washed. I paid extra for paint coating and rust protection. But the car wasn’t 100% clean when we picked it up. I was surprised the other employees working there didn’t greet me when they saw me or walked by, They only greeted their own customers. That doesn’t happen in Japan where I’m from. Adam was very helpful and naturally friendly with great expertise! When I first looked at the car I pointed out stone chip damage to the windshield that the sales representative and technicians hadn’t noticed. The sales representative was surprised to see the crack, and had a technician fill in the crack later. So the attention to detail, with the crack in the windshield and lack of cleaning, was not up to Lexus’ standards. More
