Before i made up my mind i had to leave early during the first test drive and right away he offered me to take the vehicle for the rest of the day to really get a feel of the vehicle which also gave me the opportunity to have my wife experience the lexus product as well before i made my decision. We were very appreciative of that simple small gesture. Gentrit is also very personable and not pushy . He listened to me and made sure he offered me available options at Lexus. The purchase was smooth and seamless. After the purchase Gentrit continues to let me know if I had any issues or questions to let him know which is a great sign of excellent client services that will definitely encourage future business should it arise. I have no problem referring Gentrit to family and friends should they be interested in the lexus product. Lisa helped with our existing suv trade to be build on price and was very reasonable with her managers to work with us. We meet finance manager Chris who was just as helpful and not pushy on selling products. They made sure car passed safety and it was on great condition when picked up. I personally recommend this location and Lisa as sales rep. More
