Very friendly guy who did not have to come meet me on an initial visit, but made an effort to come chat on his way out. On return visits, made an effort to return and was very apologetic he could not find a initial visit, but made an effort to come chat on his way out. Excellent smooth painless experience, Venus was extremely knowledgeable about the car, was friendly and answered all questions. We met Ian when we went for our test drive. He immediately made us feel comfortable and understood our concerns.
