Well worth the visit Although fully intending on buying a different make and model car, while walking by the Erinwood Ford Lot, a salesman by the name of Habib Ahmed, spok Although fully intending on buying a different make and model car, while walking by the Erinwood Ford Lot, a salesman by the name of Habib Ahmed, spoke with us and encouraged us to come into the dealership and as he said, " just for fun, why not look around ". That for fun looking around had us buying a car from him 2 hours later. This as a result of his personal overall knowledge of the Ford products and his genuine display of interest in us being totally happy with whatever make of car we bought. Owning a number of other makes, including 2 Mercedes, I can honestly say the comfort and care we received at all times by the staff at Erinwood Ford was like nothing we have experienced before. We should also mention and thank Brad Cruickshank, for taking the time to meet us and for making sure that all of our questions and concerns were answered to our satisfaction. More

They will not help you. Purchased a 2017 Ford F-250 from Erinwood and within three months had the transmission leak oil all over the exhaust that caused it to go up in smoke. Purchased a 2017 Ford F-250 from Erinwood and within three months had the transmission leak oil all over the exhaust that caused it to go up in smoke.When i finally made it home i had oil spill all over my driveway and had the truck towed for safety reasons.When i told Edda in the service department about this she told me it was not their problem.She said that came straight from the owner himself.SINCE THEN THE TRUCK HAS CONTINUED TO BE BACK AND FORTH FOR THE SAME ISSUE SEVERAL TIMES.On top of that it was again in for several other reasons.The customer service has gone down hill .So if you want to spend 90k on a truck that leaks oil all over the driveway and is a safety hazard to drive then Erinwood Ford is your place. More
