Robert makes purchasing/leasing so easy. He always provides the best information for both scenarios. I've recommended many family members, friends and neighbours to go to Robert for that very reason - and all of them have returned saying the same. Would also like to recognize Martin. Martin assisted us greatly in deciding whether to go with the Explorer Sport or XLT Sport Look. We drove both and Martin's knowledge and friendly approach put us closer the next day when we sat with Robert. It's always great to see Victor too, Victor and Robert have been a great team for many a years - and Victor remembers people so well. When we had an issue with our lift gate not staying open - Gary Banks came to our rescue. His professional approach in getting the part in quick was impressive. Gary called me, put me into a rental for the day while he and his team of mechanics had me back on the road in no time in our 2018 Sport Explorer. Thanks gentlemen so much. We'll be back. That for fun looking around had us buying a car from him 2 hours later. This as a result of his personal overall knowledge of the Ford products and his genuine display of interest in us being totally happy with whatever make of car we bought. Owning a number of other makes, including 2 Mercedes, I can honestly say the comfort and care we received at all times by the staff at Erinwood Ford was like nothing we have experienced before. We should also mention and thank Brad Cruickshank, for taking the time to meet us and for making sure that all of our questions and concerns were answered to our satisfaction. More

They will not help you. Purchased a 2017 Ford F-250 from Erinwood and within three months had the transmission leak oil all over the exhaust that caused it to go up in smoke. Purchased a 2017 Ford F-250 from Erinwood and within three months had the transmission leak oil all over the exhaust that caused it to go up in smoke.When i finally made it home i had oil spill all over my driveway and had the truck towed for safety reasons.When i told Edda in the service department about this she told me it was not their problem.She said that came straight from the owner himself.SINCE THEN THE TRUCK HAS CONTINUED TO BE BACK AND FORTH FOR THE SAME ISSUE SEVERAL TIMES.On top of that it was again in for several other reasons.The customer service has gone down hill .So if you want to spend 90k on a truck that leaks oil all over the driveway and is a safety hazard to drive then Erinwood Ford is your place. More
