I am a repeat customer for the third time and ny husband’s first time not only at Erinwood Ford , but first time buying a new vehicle. Rob Ahamad helped us out before we even got to the dealership. I sent him an email asking for four separate quotes and he was great in providing us with the information before arriving to the dealership, so we could review and be prepared. Once we came in, Rob had the vehicle we wanted ready for a test drive, and off we went. We choose the Ford Edge 2018 and my husband loved the vehicle, how it drove, the size, and of course the look.. Rob then to us through the process of purchasing the vehicle, which was such an easy process, and gave us great information. Once we picked up the vehicle, two days later, Rob went through the whole vehicle with us showing us how to use the different features and took the time to explain everything to us. We are very happy with the service we received purchasing the vehicle. My husband and I would highly recommend Erinwood Ford. More

I was already interested in the new 2018 Mustang GT, so this sale was the perfect t In early August there was a summer sale going on at Erinwood Ford. I was already interested in the new 2018 Mustang GT, so this sale was the perfect time to buy. I was referred to Rob Ahamad by my father when inquiring details regarding the Mustangs as he's purchased several vehicles through Rob before. Working with Rob was a true joy and he went way above and beyond for me. Before purchasing, I was in the process of selling my car. I couldn't make a new purchase until the vehicle was sold privately, but I also wanted to keep the deal and reserve the vehicle. Rob said "Not a problem, take all the time you need to sell. The car is yours.". Right there, Rob did what no dealer would've done. Most dealers would give time restraints or cancel the deal all together as I couldn't finalize immediately or in a few days. Rob however treated me as a valued customer and built trust & confidence. He gave me all the time I would need. After my old car was sold (almost a month later), Rob went through the entire purchase process with in detail and answered every question I had. The transparency in the vehicle price and breakdown was honest and clear. He even stayed back late just so I can finish up some last minute details during the transfer. Overall the purchase process and business transaction went perfectly seamless. I'm extremely thankful for Rob and would recommend him in a heart beat for anyone out there looking to buy. Two weeks ago I returned with my son, we purchase two vehicles from Mr. Robert Ahamad (MR. Graham was MIA). Our experience with Mr. Ahamad was excellent. We test drove two 2018 vehicles, one a Ford Mustang and the second a Ford Escape Titanium of which we purchased both. Mr. Ahamad's was transparent, open and honest with us, he explained the pros and cons of the vehicles with absolutely no pressure on us, this explains why we returned to your dealership. Robert makes purchasing/leasing so easy. He always provides the best information for both scenarios. I've recommended many family members, friends and neighbours to go to Robert for that very reason - and all of them have returned saying the same. Would also like to recognize Martin. Martin assisted us greatly in deciding whether to go with the Explorer Sport or XLT Sport Look. We drove both and Martin's knowledge and friendly approach put us closer the next day when we sat with Robert. It's always great to see Victor too, Victor and Robert have been a great team for many a years - and Victor remembers people so well. When we had an issue with our lift gate not staying open - Gary Banks came to our rescue. His professional approach in getting the part in quick was impressive. Gary called me, put me into a rental for the day while he and his team of mechanics had me back on the road in no time in our 2018 Sport Explorer. Thanks gentlemen so much. We'll be back.
