We have been lifer Ford customers, from even back in the bad old days, but we honestly had in mind to look at what the wider market had to offer, beyond Ford. When we arrived at the dealership, we were quite surprised by the attractiveness and reasonable pricing of the vehicles in the fleet- this really made us think. However what really sold us on the vehicle comprehensively- a Ford Focus sport, was the very very high quality of the customer service. Rob, your sales manager, was way beyond excellent and I truly mean it. There was not a problem that arose that he could not find a solution for or around, and there were more than a few, I will say (car was my wife's!). Rob is definitely our guy no doubt about that- you are probably not paying him enough. Already know where my next car will come from...thx Rob Clifton More

If you want to buy a car, this is the place I recently bought a new Ford Escape here after my wife bought her Focus here a couple years prior. At the time of me buying my car, the dealership was I recently bought a new Ford Escape here after my wife bought her Focus here a couple years prior. At the time of me buying my car, the dealership was under construction but they still did everything to make it as comfortable as possible. The actual buying experience was smooth and quick and the dealer was running around trying to find the vehicle I wanted exactly. Once all was said and done I picked up my new Escape a day and a half later. With onsite licensing and everything the process can be quick and painless. I would recommend this dealership in a heartbeat to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. I know I'll be getting my vehicles from here for a long time. More

A Ford sales person Bob Sydoruk, who helped me, has not behaved like a stereotypical sales-person but like a honest ethical human being and made me realize that these qualities do not have to be diminished even if person works in the car sales industry. I have listened to Bob, learned a quite a bit, bought the car, and since then followed Bob from Ford to Ford and bought or leased my Ford vehicles. Once Bob had retirement in mind he introduced me at "Sheridan Ford" to Victor Nascimento, an equally unique human being with same power to make you believe in human spirit again. Victor was my sales person at Erinwood Ford. It was pleasure to get a second Ford (Fiesta) for my family and it was pleasure to deal with Erinwood Ford Team. I will buy my Fords from Victor Nascimento wherever he is. I hope with Erinwood Ford.
