We then sat down and looked over numbers and and options and all the possible savings and incentives. We were so happy with the overall experience. Dealership by far is our top pick for Ford dealerships and we have been to many over the years! The staff are friendly and courteous to customers, and welcome you with smiles. We waited a long couple of months for the arrival of our new vehicle as it was a "Special" order....and when the phone call came, stating its arrival, we were so excited to go see it and complete the paperwork and drive it home. We are just loving the new SUV its so amazing to drive luxurious inside and comfortable. As far as options they are endless, and the sales staff that closed our deal were so helpful in showing all the bells and whistles as far as options go...and they actually took the time to go over everything and show us step by step what to do. If we have questions we are comfortable enough to go back and ask away. We would absolutely recommend Erin wood Ford to everyone who is in the market for a new Ford vehicle!! There were no questions unanswered and our expectations were truly surpassed! Coming from a family of Ford drivers I can say that I drove a Ford which I purchased brand new.... For over 16 years which was a gem of a car, it took me along with proper maintenance and was literally problem free. We lean towards Ford because of Past Performance!! Would we recommend a Ford absolutely, why ??? Well its just the Right thing to do. Ford just keeps on getting better! Go check one out! Today! Now! Like Really!!!! More

Robert Ahamad is without a doubt the best saleperson I have met. That being said he introduced me to a number of sales people there and they all seemed friendly and knowledgeable. There was no competition between them and they made me feel comfortable. When I went out to the service area I was surprised to see some of the service agents that I had met at other dealerships that have sinced closed. I was happy to know that I would still be able to go to any of them there and feel comfortable that my car would receive the same great service they had always given me. This is a good dealership and I would recommend it to anybody. More

Robert is one of the most genuine and honest people I've dealt with in any type of setting, much less a car dealership. Victor Chacon and Victor Nascimento assisted as well in Robert's absence. I found both of them to be very honest and straight forward, and funny as well. Robyn Barrett also made the financial part of the transaction very easy and fast. I have never had such an easy, smooth, and enjoyable car buying experience in my life. I would say that it is an absolute necessity if you are in the area and looking for a new car to go check out Erinwood first. Their approach is unlike any other dealership I've dealt with. I feel internet sales will be the way of the future. This was my first large consumer purchase and wanted to make sure i did not get caught up in the old-school pressure sales tactics of years gone by. I wanted to buy the car I wanted, with the options I requested for the price I wanted to pay all the while making comparisons and decisions from the confident position of my own desk... not some sales persons scummy cubicle.
