A Ford sales person Bob Sydoruk, who helped me, has not behaved like a stereotypical sales-person but like a honest ethical human being and made me realize that these qualities do not have to be diminished even if person works in the car sales industry. I have listened to Bob, learned a quite a bit, bought the car, and since then followed Bob from Ford to Ford and bought or leased my Ford vehicles. Once Bob had retirement in mind he introduced me at "Sheridan Ford" to Victor Nascimento, an equally unique human being with same power to make you believe in human spirit again. Victor was my sales person at Erinwood Ford. It was pleasure to get a second Ford (Fiesta) for my family and it was pleasure to deal with Erinwood Ford Team. I will buy my Fords from Victor Nascimento wherever he is. I hope with Erinwood Ford. We then sat down and looked over numbers and and options and all the possible savings and incentives. We were so happy with the overall experience. Dealership by far is our top pick for Ford dealerships and we have been to many over the years! The staff are friendly and courteous to customers, and welcome you with smiles. We waited a long couple of months for the arrival of our new vehicle as it was a "Special" order....and when the phone call came, stating its arrival, we were so excited to go see it and complete the paperwork and drive it home. We are just loving the new SUV its so amazing to drive luxurious inside and comfortable. As far as options they are endless, and the sales staff that closed our deal were so helpful in showing all the bells and whistles as far as options go...and they actually took the time to go over everything and show us step by step what to do. If we have questions we are comfortable enough to go back and ask away. We would absolutely recommend Erin wood Ford to everyone who is in the market for a new Ford vehicle!! There were no questions unanswered and our expectations were truly surpassed! Coming from a family of Ford drivers I can say that I drove a Ford which I purchased brand new.... Robert Ahamad is without a doubt the best saleperson I have met. That being said he introduced me to a number of sales people there and they all seemed friendly and knowledgeable. There was no competition between them and they made me feel comfortable. When I went out to the service area I was surprised to see some of the service agents that I had met at other dealerships that have sinced closed. I was happy to know that I would still be able to go to any of them there and feel comfortable that my car would receive the same great service they had always given me. This is a good dealership and I would recommend it to anybody. More

Robert is one of the most genuine and honest people I've dealt with in any type of setting, much less a car dealership. Victor Chacon and Victor Nascimento assisted as well in Robert's absence. I found both of them to be very honest and straight forward, and funny as well. Robyn Barrett also made the financial part of the transaction very easy and fast. I have never had such an easy, smooth, and enjoyable car buying experience in my life.
