I had a really hard time with some of the dealerships in Edmonton; the sales people were pushy; they treated me like I didn't know what I was looking for when I knew exactly what I needed, and some of them simply made me feel like an idiot. I was almost completely fed up until I found the team at Leduc Chrysler. Brad and his team were amazing! They treated me with kindness and dignity. Taking my Mazda3 for a test drive with Brad was like riding in the car with a friend; he asked me about my job and my hobbies; he told me about the car and even shared a little about his own adventures in Edmonton. It was an amazing experience. When I finally bought the car, there were some snags in the sale due to the previous owner of the vehicle I was trading in. Natalia in the finance department was as equally amazing as Brad. She worked with me through the whole process with patience and dignity. I never felt rushed or pushed to purchase something I didn't feel like I needed. My experience at Chrysler Leduc was over the top amazing. I'll need a new car in about 3-4 years, and I can guarantee you that I'll be heading to Leduc Chrysler for my next car purchase. Because they treat their customers like family. Brad MacDonald always goes above and beyond to give his customers the best service and deal you can get. Last year I bought a car through him and was very happy. I had come to him after another dealership customers the best service and deal you can get. Last year I bought a car through him and was very happy. I had come to him after another dealership was not being very compassionate towards my issue on the vehicle under warranty, and Brad made sure to communicate with that dealership to take that stress off my plate.
