Found truck online. Made call to Robert Sacchieri. Truck i had found was on order but Robert found another one they had there . Made Arrangement's to go look at it on a Saturday Jan 22. We compared one he found with one on order and one on order was not what i was wanting. Took one he had for a drive made deal Monday picked it up Tuesday Jan 25 . Was coming from hour away so wanted to be in and out as fast i could be. Robert met me there that morning and was great. Met Christina Randell and she went over truck with me lots of buttons and changed my plate over . Very nice lady great to deal with. Then i met Natalia Solnikova finance manger went over some options with me for warranty and finished up the deal. Very nice lady great to deal with all so . I would defiantly tell people about Leduc Chrysler and will watch for what they have next time i need a truck. Great staff did not deal with everyone but everyone i came across said hi and have a good day . I want to add i forgot when cleaning out my trade i forgot a engraved finger print of my dad when he past away in 2020 on a chain on the rear view mirror and they found it before i left and Dean Mcgill tracked me down in the dealership to make sure i got it back. Awesome job More
