It should have been a 5 star but…. Front line staff at Southbank is usually friendly and helpful, expecially Mrs Madeleine, but what happened yesterday to my wife is absolutely not ac Front line staff at Southbank is usually friendly and helpful, expecially Mrs Madeleine, but what happened yesterday to my wife is absolutely not acceptable. Our car has been left for regular service, and in the afternoon we got a message from Tyler who was recommending some extra service such as breaks service and “hub service”, on top of oil and filter for a total of 728 CAD + taxes. After a short conversation with Tyler, who very kindly and professionally explained that these services were only recommended to prolong brakes’ life and not having any safety impact, my wife refused them, confirming only oil&filter. And here comes the incredible. She received a call from Mr Rod, who firstly asked her if she was speaking spanish (!) and after “threatening” her that not having these extra services would have invalidated the extra cover we have through a third party, following another refusal from my wife, he simply hang up the phone! Wr really hope that management can take a serious action against this employee. Obviously what happened has broken the relationship of trust with Southbank, and we are seriously considering to have out car serviced somewhere else. More

I had issues with the ABS brakes on my 2018 Jeep Wrangler. Amazing and fast service. I was in for oil change the previous day and needed a repair done and got appointment literally the next day Friday early in am.. Madeline got me in I was in for oil change the previous day and needed a repair done and got appointment literally the next day Friday early in am.. Madeline got me in super early. When I arrived I was again greeted by Tyler and Dan and Madeline. All ready to get my Jeep checked in and serviced. Tyler verified my appointment and got me in the system. While my Jeep was get repaired he also gave me some prices on future tires and things I asked about.and new side rails bumpers etc.. and Dan also assisted in suggestions on upgrades to my Jeep and future repairs to make it last longer. Madeline always smiling and making sure I was comfortable and if I needed anything in waiting room. She also checked up on my jeep few times to see how long it would be..and jet me updated. While I’m waiting room Emily also approached me and asked how I was doing and if I needed anything or assistance.. it didn’t take long before my Jeep was ready. Tyler came in and smiled and said “MR pruner your Jeep is ready And explained all that was done. On the way to pay rod and rj passed by me and both greeted me and also asked if I needed assistance. Repairs were done perfect and I’m very impressed with the speed and accuracy and amazing work that your staff and technicians do Tyler Dan RJ Madeline Emily and Rad and Brent and entire staff are amazing. They all are ready to. Assist me when I’m there and it’s very rare to see this amazing service anywhere. Most places you go you are just a number and treated as such. But at southbank the entire staff is more like a family team and it feels great. I drive all the way from brockville just to come to southbank because of the great quality of service.
