I was impressed by how friendly and knowledgeable the staff were. I was in quite a hurry as I had to head to work and they were very respectful towards that. Although I was buying a Toyota at a Ford dea staff were. I was in quite a hurry as I had to head to work and they were very respectful towards that. Although I was buying a Toyota at a Ford dealership, they did not put any pressure on me to purchase a Ford. They suggested a test drive of a Ford that was comparable in price to the Toyota I was planning on purchasing, which I did, and although I did not change my mind about purchasing a Toyota, I was happy they suggested the test drive. More

We were very impressed with our experience in purchasing our vehicle through thr dealership. The sales men went out of their way to provide us with their best services, they made sure we were more than sati our vehicle through thr dealership. The sales men went out of their way to provide us with their best services, they made sure we were more than satisfied with the vehicle we found. We were never rushed through the experience, we looked at plenty of vehicles always having explained the details on the cars until we found the perfect vehicle. Once we found our perfect vehicle they went out of their way to get us financed for not only the new vehicle but the amount remaining on our previous loan. We had a very enjoyable, comfortable experience buying our vehicle and would refer our family and friends to them as well as return to the dealership to purchase another vehicle in the future. More

I came to Capital Ford to try out the new Ecoboost F-150 after having been to the competition. The service I recieved at Capital was top notch. I had not made an appointment ahead of time and just showed after having been to the competition. The service I recieved at Capital was top notch. I had not made an appointment ahead of time and just showed up. I was acquainted with Wade and he was able to make time for me right away. He asked me a few questions about what I was looking for, made a few suggestions, and in no time, I was testing a truck. There was no question the Ford was the truck to get. Wade brought Jeff in and we talked numbers. By this time it was almost closing and I needed to "ponder" my decision. I called Wade the next day and he had another truck he wanted me to look at. A truck had just come in without the chrome package. Don't get me wrong the chrome added that extra "bling" factor but I needed functionality over bling. I went back down that evening to take a look at it. We worked the numbers a bit more and made a deal. Wade took me to meet David the finance manager. We started the paperwork. I needed to get the buyout for my trade. I left David a message the following morning. David came in on his day off to get my financing in place. He stayed until the approval was in from the bank. Once I had the good news from David I phoned Wade. David had already told him everyting was in place. Wade had sent my truck out to have the spray liner installed and the protection package was to be done. Wade called on Saturday morning to let me know the truck would be ready that afternoon. I really was not expecting to get the truck until the Monday. I went down that afternoon, signed a few papers and then Wade and I went through the delivery. I am now the very proud owner of a 2011 F-150 4x4 ecoboost in metallic bronze. It is exactly the truck I wanted. It is a huge investment but I have no regrets in the decision I made. I am already doing what I can to drum up more business for Wade and Capital Ford. Everyone I have shown the truck to loves the look of it. Huge thanks again to Wade for helping me out and making the buying process a breeze. More

I was greeted by Craig on the lot and showed a vehicle i was interested in buying, right away, a "2011 Flex". After deciding too buy the vehicle i was taken to Jeff who gave me an even better price for an already great deal. Both guys were very pleasant, extremely accommodating, and made me feel very much at home. I left the "Capital Ford Lincoln" dealership with a vehicle that surpassed all my expectations optionwise and pricewise and would highly recommend to anybody looking for a Ford or Lincoln vehicle to start there. Friendliness, Sevice, and Price will give you a great car buying experience at Capital Ford Lincoln. P.S. They also gave me a ride to get the vehicle regestered and filled it with gas. More

We just purchased a 2011 Edge from Craig and could not be more satisfied with the whole experience dealing with Craig and Jeff at Capital Ford. I have already recommmended them to friends and also contractors we deal wih at work if they are ever in the market for a car or truck. I fully recommend checking out Capital Ford FIRST before any other dealership if you are looking at a new vehicle. More

My father has dealt with Capital since 1962 even before it was called Capital. He spoke highly of personnel and service. That of course was enough for me. When I walked in I was met by Wade LaForge and Jef it was called Capital. He spoke highly of personnel and service. That of course was enough for me. When I walked in I was met by Wade LaForge and Jeff. I wasn't sure what I wanted, but new how much I could afford. The Escape was 1st on my list. Wade was so patient with me. This was my 1st brand new car and that is a big decision for a senior. When we couldn't find something on the lot he went online and found me a vehicle that at that moment was in transit to another dealership somewhere in Saskatchewan. He went to work to get it for me. He then drove up to the dealership and and brought it back for me. He knew I was leaving on a trip and would liked to have had my new Escape to drive. I felt bad as I took up at least 5 hours of his time one day, because I couldn't make a decision. He was so kind and understanding and didn't try to rush me. Between him and my husband they surprised me with my new vehicle the day before I was to Leave. Wade called and said he needed me to come in as their were some things we had to talk about and of course he couldn't tell me over the phone. Walla, he had my car. I think he went above and beyond what he needed to do. Took me to get my license and explained everything to me, sometines at least twice. I felt like he new the joy I was experiencing and it all had to do with him. I can't thank you enough Wade for your time and patience and I will be promoting you to everyone I talk to. After a horrific experience at another dealership in Regina (due to my age, 19 years old at the time), Capital Ford, especially the employees mentioned above, made purchasing a vehicle a friendly, painl Regina (due to my age, 19 years old at the time), Capital Ford, especially the employees mentioned above, made purchasing a vehicle a friendly, painless, and enjoyable process. I remember the first time I came to Capital Ford, to be honest I walked around the showroom before anyone even looked at me (once again I believe this was because of my young age) and then Craig Livingston walked over and asked if he could help and a strong relationship was born. Craig never once pressured me; he is very informative and knowledgeable of the products offered by Capital Ford, communicated in a respective and kind matter, and was patient with me (as this was my first major purchase ever). It took multiple trips to Capital Ford before I would even sit down and talk about the financial side of things but when I was ready Craig introduced me to Jeff Longley and once again a strong relationship was born. Jeff is, of course, very knowledgeable of the product, after all he has been in the industry for 10+ years, and is very professional yet personal at the same time, and very respectful as well. At first when I arrived at Capital Ford I was looking to purchase a new 2010 Ford Fusion SEL AWD, and being young, I really wanted to get the car as I was just starstruck by it (which was so far out of my price range) and both Jeff and Craig shared their personal experiences with me about concerning purchasing cars and through their wisdom I came to understand that the Fusion was just out of my price range and it would have been a mistake to have purchased it. They could have both sold me that car (which cost approx $34,000) and I would have signed on the dotted line at that point because I was so starstruck by it but they cautioned me that it may not be a good idea. Well after giving up the Fusion I was a little discouraged but not beaten, at that point Craig then suggested that a Focus might be better for my needs at this particular point in my life. Then once again he was patient with me while I considered my options and in the end I decided that a 2010 Ford Focus SES was just right for me and I was extremely happy that Craig and Jeff talked me back into my senses. When it came to financing, I couldn't obviously do it on my own as at 19 I didn't have any credit to speak of so my grandmother graciously offered to Guarantor the loan for me. At this point Jeff and Craig introduced us to Jason Prenevost who is a charming, witty, and extremely funny individual who is also very knowledgeable about his trade. Now my grandmother was never a Ford fan, she is a firm believer in Fix Or Repair Daily, and she wasn't excited that I was purchasing a Ford but Jason was key in warming her up to the idea with his charming and witty attitude and jokes. It was a very painless process, he even pulled a few strings to get the best possible interested rate for me. In the end I came thought the process with a 2010 Ford Focus SES, a fantastic car that I enjoy driving, and these three individuals above restored my faith in the car sales industry just by showing me the same kind of respect, professionalism, and kindness that they would show to their own flesh and blood (even thought I'm 19 and very impressionable). 5 / 5 rating guys, fantastic job and thanks again! All I can say is I know where and who I'm going to when I want to upgrade! More

He made me feel very welcome and did not apply any pressure. David explained and offered to me all the options regarding my purchase such as extended warranty and service plans. I would recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to give Capital the opportunity to serve you. More

My experience was very good, in fact, that's the reason I ended up making my purchase at Capital. I had contacted several dealers. Capital responded to me imeadiately and were very eager and accomidating in ended up making my purchase at Capital. I had contacted several dealers. Capital responded to me imeadiately and were very eager and accomidating in making a deal on the vehicle I was looking for. They presented me with a fair quote and even delivered the vehicle to me 250 km away from their dealership, on a Sunday, on Grey Cup Sunday in fact!. They took the time to show me the many features and helped me through the registration process.They followed up with me more than once to ensure I was satisfied. The only reason that I have not rated them as great in every catagory is that I have not dealt with them beyond the initial purchase and cannot speak to service, warranty, or any other future issues. So far I'm impressed. Good job. More
