Everything was excellent until I dealt with Finance man My Sales lady was amazing! Along with Craig the Sales manager was excellent. Where I was disappointed was when I was told in order for me to be approv My Sales lady was amazing! Along with Craig the Sales manager was excellent. Where I was disappointed was when I was told in order for me to be approved for the Truck I wanted I had to purchase Life Insurance. Was told it was the only way I was approved. Also I was sold tire hazard without my consent. Another thing I don't like is being asked what I would like to see my monthly payment be, that's just a redflag off the hop and Jilles you really caught me off gaurd. But with some homework the day after I had spoken with Ford Credit and another Sales Manager it was clearly indicated to me that purchasing Life Insurance is not a requirement for approvals that it's an option to the loans, also now I'm questioning why he included my SUV as a trade in when it never really was traded in? I'm not buying the idea that Gilles had to show Ford equity on my end as he claimed. I'm very disappointed and Jeff and Jilles know Im a leader for a Community of 3000 people. I tried giving Capital my business and I did but moving forward I've lost some trust here. You guys know what happened and that shady crap has to stop. Also at one point Jeff walks in and says the dealership ain't making any money only 500 above cost, not long after Jilles tells me the dealer is actually swallowing 700 dollars, I couldn't believe what I was being told. More
