Exceptional service from Kien To in Finance - very informative about the the different finance options available, but what we really found is that he took the time to explain in detail the extended warranties available and all options. He ensured that we totally understood the pros and cons and made our vehicle purchase a lot easier. We have visited Capital GMC Buick Cadillac over a number of years and Jay Paull always ensures that he stop and visit with us - treats you like family which is why some of my family members refuse to buy from anywhere else. Couldn't have been a better experience!!!! I recently bought a 17 GMC Sierra All-Terrain X. I arrived at the dealership not exactly sure what I wanted to look at. Anand Sakkai asked me a few question to try and narrow it down then we started looking at different trucks. No matter how many times I changed my mind he was willing to help me along the way. Drove a couple different trucks, and looked at a lot more, all the time answering all my questions. If he didn't know the answer he found it out!! Jay Paull ran the numbers and gave me a great value on my trade-in. He made sure I knew exactly what the numbers would be. Kevin Gatschene made the final process painless and fast. He explained all the terms and gave me different options to choose from. All in all the experience was great. No one was pushy. Everyone I dealt with made sure I was happy and informed. Bought 2016 CT6 Platinum We had looked at a CT6 on a recent trip to Arizona so were somewhat familiar with the tremendous advancement Cadillac had achieved with this new vehic We had looked at a CT6 on a recent trip to Arizona so were somewhat familiar with the tremendous advancement Cadillac had achieved with this new vehicle. Capital GM was the only dealership in Saskatchewan that had a CT6 Platinum in stock. We initially contacted the dealership online. Jon Dreger got back to us and within 2 days and a few telephone calls we came to an agreement on tradein value of my car and purchase price of the CT6. A few days later we drove (450kms) to Regina to pick up our new car. The transaction was a pleasure. Jon introduced us to the car and spent an hour or so showing us the various features of the car in a highly professional manner. Jona McLeod look after the documentation quickly and efficiently. He made it easy. We also met Jay Paull who welcomed us to the dealership. I have purchased many new cars over the years. I can honestly say that our experience at Capital was far better than any dealership we previously have dealt with. Every person we met at Capital GMC was professional, courteous and knowledgable. I highly recommend the dealership. More
