His favorite part about working at Capital is the work environment and sees the staff as a big family. Excellent experience as always! Jay and Robin were great to work with in the trade-in and purchase of my new vehicle. Both were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Robin was extremely knowledgeable about my new vehicle and explained everything clearly. The showroom is amazing and the service department is top-notch. No Pressure! I went in this spring to purchase a new truck but at the end decided to wait. Excellent service from all Team Members I liked that the Sales Team took time to tell me about price promotions on different models (2017/2018). If they didn't tell me about the price incent I liked that the Sales Team took time to tell me about price promotions on different models (2017/2018). If they didn't tell me about the price incentives on the left over 2017 models, I probably wouldn't of bought when we did.I was totally thinking of a different model, and waiting until Spring 2018 to buy something.
