excellent, knowledgable and always greets with smiles! I have leased many Ford Pick ups, through all three ownerships over the past 20 plus yrs. Have always had great service.. Of course the staff that have been there for many yrs know my name and its very nice to have them say "Hi Jan, how is everything, etc." Had Deanna today. As always, professional, courteous and friendly. Goes over everything with you upon getting vehicle back. Makes sure you understand all parts of inspection sheet. Once again. Great job! Keep up the great work. More

He was great to work with all the way through and very knowledgable about the truck we were buying. Would I recommend anyone to Island Ford? Not would I, I DO ! Everyone in that dealership has been very helpful and great to deal with some more then others (and you know who your are... VIP Treatment I have to start off by saying that rarely do I leave reviews on sites such as this. That said, this is first for me to leave a second one. I must I have to start off by saying that rarely do I leave reviews on sites such as this. That said, this is first for me to leave a second one. I must start by saying that we purchased our F150 from another dealership. From day one we had difficulty deploying the tailgate step and handle. Shortly after our purchase there was a recall, so we used the opportunity to point out the deficiency. For some reason, the Service Advisor looked at us suspiciously. She walked to the back of the truck and as luck would have it, the tailgate step deployed perfectly. After another even more suspicious look, she made a comment that made us feel like we were stupid. Thus we were reluctant to bring up the matter again. From the moment I walked into the Service Department at Island Ford, I felt as though I were the only customer in the room. Although I made the appointment for regular maintenance, Deanna made me feel so special through her pleasant and professional attitude that I felt comfortable enough to bring up the tailgate step issue once again. Deanna took my concerns very seriously and her manager, Derren ensured me that the issue would be resolved. After reviewing the report card, Deanna went into great length to explain what the problem was with the tailgate step and how it was resolved. Thank you to the entire Service Team. More

Service with a smile!!! We recently moved to BC and long story short are staying temporarily in the Duncan area until our new home is ready. That said, our truck was in need of regular maintenance and thus we scheduled with Island Ford out of sheer proximity. We were so pleased with the service and specifically the pleasant and professional treatment we received from Deanna, that we made the decision to travel out of our way to Island Ford for future service. FANTASTIC I BOUGHT MY CAR AT ANOTHER DEALERSHIP AND FOUND THEIR FOLLOW UP TERRIBLE, CALLED ISLAND FORD DUNCAN AND TALKED TO DEANNA, SHE WAS SO GREAT ANSWERED MY I BOUGHT MY CAR AT ANOTHER DEALERSHIP AND FOUND THEIR FOLLOW UP TERRIBLE, CALLED ISLAND FORD DUNCAN AND TALKED TO DEANNA, SHE WAS SO GREAT ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS, AND TREATED WITH RESPECT. NEVER OWNING A FORD BEFORE WANTED TO FOLLOW THE MAINTANCE SCHED AND SHE TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN HOW IT WORKS. I DRIVE A LOT SO I HAVE BEEN IN FOR MANY OIL CHANGES AND ALSO SOME WARRANTY WORK, I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER, ITS VERY RARE THAT YOU FIND A DEALERSHIP LIKE THIS ONE. WE WILL BE BUYING OUR NEXT VEHICLE AT ISLAND FORD DUNCAN JUST ON OUR EXPERIENCE WITH THE SERVICE DEPT ALONE. Worth the drive. We had done some research and had already narrowed down our choice of vehicle to a few and needed to do some test drives. We scheduled a test drive in Duncan even though we live in Victoria as the dealership was rated so well and they did not disappoint. From Devann booking the trucks we wanted to test, to Sandra taking us out for a test drive and answering all our questions. Once we made our decision Sandra and Bryan worked hard to get us the best deal possible with Bryan coming up with some innovative ways to save every dollar we could. Even after the sale we noticed a small problem with the fog lamps and again the whole team including Deanna in the service dept made sure the problem was taken care of quickly. I would definitely recommend coming here to anyone searching for a vehicle. More
