Dawn Manuck is the service advisor that I/we deal with when taking our car in for servicing. She is absolutely fantastic! Always very friendly, accommodating, and knows her stuff :) . This dealership was excellent to work with! Everyone was so kind and helpful…from the people in the service dept. to the car shuttle driver to Natalia in finance and Richard the owner. We brought our vehicle in for an oil change and to our surprise Dawn (service advisor) went over and beyond her call of duty. The service department is top notch. Each person at the counter is friendly, courteous and sympathetic to the struggle you are having with your vehicle. Customers are not usually very happy about being th counter is friendly, courteous and sympathetic to the struggle you are having with your vehicle. Customers are not usually very happy about being there as it is likely to be an expensive visit. Each representative can easily diffuse touchy situations and make the customer at ease. I admire their efforts and appreciate the level of service I receive. More

I have to say I had the most awesome experience with the service department on December 30th at 7:30am. I believe the service rep was DAWN. She was so happy and welcoming. It was great to have such a warm service department on December 30th at 7:30am. I believe the service rep was DAWN. She was so happy and welcoming. It was great to have such a warm and lovely experience first thing in the morning. Totally made my day. P.s. I was the first one in at 7:30am driving the white jeep grand cherokee.
