Our knowledgeable and detail oriented team of service advisors are here to go over oil change and inspection reports with you in entirety if there are any recorded findings. We would like to apologize, our teams effectiveness has made various improvements since your last visit, this includes a more one on one approach with with our customers, this gives us the chance to go over reported issues (if any) our mechanics may have found. Reports are available after your vehicles service work has been preformed, then delivered to the customer through dictation as to create efficiency for a smoother and efficient visit. We apologize for our shop mechanics "topping up" your washer fluid reservoir prior to your trip, we just like to make sure things are taken care of/maintained in our possession, in light of the situation if there was room for more washer fluid, our guys are going to make sure its as full as can be for you, with the way the roads have been recently can never have to much washer fluid. We appreciate your loyalty to Leduc Chrysler exclusively, for all of your repairs needs in the past. The last thing we want is for our customers to have a less than satisfactory experience, if there's more we can improve on in the future during your next visit, please inform the advisor you dealt with and we can take extra time to prepare a detailed inspection report for you to take home with you. samd_11 We are sympathetic to your situation and would like to help find an alternative solution for you.. Each department is given a limited number of "loaner" vehicles, these vehicles are given out on a first come first serve basis. We apologize that we were unable to provide you with a loner during the duration your vehicle has been in service. We offer a complementary private shuttle service (Leduc Chrysler Shuttle) to Leduc and area to help facilitate getting to and from the dealership. We also recommend speaking with your insurance company as some institutions will cover a rental vehicle for you for an extended time period. Another option could be, depending on the age of the vehicle if your warranty is still in effect, that too can cover a rental vehicle for you.
