Excellent customer service I have purchased over 10 cars from HMP. Although I live an hour from the dealership, my experience has always been fantastic. Chuck Erb is a great rep I have purchased over 10 cars from HMP. Although I live an hour from the dealership, my experience has always been fantastic. Chuck Erb is a great rep and always takes the time to ask about our family and goes out if his way to make deals work! Anne is the friendly voice on the phone and is very pleasant to deal with. Susan was very helpful with handling my paperwork and insurance requirements. Before I committed to buy the SUV, Chuck made arrangements for Bill to assist with a test drive and answer any questions that I had. Bill was very helpful and I appreciated how everyone worked together to make my purchase experience very enjoyable. Keep up the great work! More

Would recommend! I was looking online at different truck models for awhile. I originally had my heart set on buying elsewhere but after getting a price I didn't like, I was looking online at different truck models for awhile. I originally had my heart set on buying elsewhere but after getting a price I didn't like, I decided to look around. I then got ahold of Chuck at HMP and my decision was made. He was great to work with. A very understanding and honest guy. He took everything that I said into consideration and worked with me to find something that suits my lifestyle. I would definitely deal there again. Highly recommend! More
