Arriving at HMP to see the pickup he was speaking of I was amazed at all he had overseen in order to have it ready for me - 'the extra mile'. Moments later I knew it was the pickup for me. Chuck is the best salesperson I've ever encountered in many years and made the process of purchase so incredibly enjoyable and easy to motivate thru I was greatly appreciative of his efforts and totally enjoyed his personality. Then the process was topped off by a totally pleasurable credit process with Susan Hayter Riddell whose personality shines thru before the process begins. Let me mention too that reception as you enter is top notch and so friendly. From this point forward and because of such a great experience at HMP they will be first on my list. I was fortunate enough to meet the owner of HMP and was so impressed with his down home reception and his true desire to let me share my experience. Great guy! All in all I would say to others 'come out to Exeter and meet the staff here, view the selection and find your vehicle' - you'll enjoy the entire process......you can take that to the bank ! More

We stopped in at Huron Motor Products August 14th and met Chuck, he let us test drive a 2019 Equinox, we fell in love with it, We went back September 5th and told him what we would like in a vehicle! He found it for us, and we picked it up September 14th. We love it, and Chuck was very good to explain the new features, set up the lease, and all the paperwork was very efficiently handled by your staff!
