Just had my ram 1500 serviced at Leduc Chrysler. (Oil change) I had received 2 phone calls from an Edmonton number about a service promotion and my truck hadn’t been to the dealership for some time. When I called to book the appointment I questioned about the promotion the tech state yes there was a winter inspection that was XX number of dollars with the oil change. After the work was completed and I was leaving there was no inspection sheet when I asked about it the service tech talked to someone on the floor and there was something about the inspection never got to the computer so the mechanic made out a hand written one. This was no more then you would get at a quick lube place. Under windshield washer heading it was written…. topped up. This must be a standard thing because I am sure if it had been check they would have seen there was no room for washer fluid because I had just filled it (to overflowing) getting ready for a trip tomorrow. I previous years I had used Leduc Chrysler exclusively for all my truck repairs and had told others that I was impressed with their work and attention to customers needs.. I had moved from the area for a number of years so was unable to utilize the dealership services. Having moved back to Leduc in Sept I was looking forward to utilizing this dealership. Have been in twice since moving back but this third time was not what I have come to expect from Leduc Chrysler. Disappointed to say the least More
