Brent has been helping us along the whole time and you are sure to get excellent service with him and you can feel comfortable that you are getting the best possible deal. The whole finance team here are quite honestly the best I have ever dealt with and made the process a breeze. Then finally Christina definitely knows her stuff when showing you your new ride and no detail is missed to ensure you leave knowing all possible information on how to operate your new car. I highly recommend this dealership. Was shopping around for a new truck and talked to Brad. He got the exact truck that I was looking for. Not like a few of the other dealerships that said they had what I was looking for but when I went to look at the trucks they were not in the color I wanted or equipped with what I wanted. Brad told me what he could get me and got what he said and at a very fair price also. Christina did the walk through on the truck with the wife and I and she seemed to be very knowledgeable about the truck. David handled the financing in a very efficient manner. Had been dealing with an Edmonton dealer and found staff knowledge was wanting, seemed many were new to the business and to the product line. Everything had to go to the desk for approval and pricing. At Leduc I dealt with Brad McDonald from start to finish. As others have said no pressure no hassles He knew products and if he didn't have all the answers he soon found them. When it came to price they have a bottom line they cannot go below and stay in business. I don't begrudge them for looking after their interests as I look after mine. I came close to the bottom line. There was some haggling over trade in value and I could have done better selling privately but probably not that much better. Avoided the Kijiji Autotrader low ballers. Brad spoke for the company and did not have to run anything by anyone. He followed up with written quotes and stuck to them. Orientation was a bit rushed as it was end of the day but when I needed more info I received it from Jade, Brad and Christina. Jade was extremely helpful in recovering my key lock box that I forgot to remove from my trade in which was on its way out of town. He recovered it the next day as promised. Thanks Jade. More

I explained what I wanted and they Delivered. Yvonne Haugen was my Sales consultant and showed me exactly what I was looking for. Christina Randell did my walk through with ease and such Professionalism and while I was signing paperwork she transferred my generator from my old truck into my new one by her self. Natalia Sotnikova and Dean Mcgill sealed the deal the next day for me. Outstanding Professionals all of them. No pressure sales like you see else where. Quality Dealership! Purchased a new 2019 Jeep Cherokee from Leduc Chrysler during the Chrysler Canada sales event (July ending, 2018). Although I previously owned a Jeep Purchased a new 2019 Jeep Cherokee from Leduc Chrysler during the Chrysler Canada sales event (July ending, 2018). Although I previously owned a Jeep Cherokee I did test drive the vehicle. This is the 3rd Jeep Cherokee I have owned and Chrysler has continuously improved on the functioning of the transmission. Shifts through 1st, 2nd, and 3rd were very smooth. Although from Edmonton, I chose Leduc Chrysler as on-line deals appeared to be more advantageous than the local market. The staff at Leduc Chrysler were very pleasant and no pressure sales tactics. My only complaint would be that Chrysler Canada offered further sales discounts in August (only a few days after I purchased the vehicle). Although Chrysler Canada’s office was sympathetic, only Leduc Chrysler was willing to offer further compensation. Overall, a positive experience! More
