There was no "pressure sales techniques" but rather helpful information allowing us to make our decsion. The paper work was done efficently with no hidden "surprises". The business office explained our choices of various extended coverages and other options avaiable again in a very professional manner. When we came to pick up our vehicle we were greeted by the owner and thanked for dealing at Leduc Chrysler. Then Christina gave us a very informative tutorial of the features of our new vehicle which we found very helpful. The vehicle was very cleaned, filled with gas and ready to come home. All in all a great experience. More
