Leduc Chrysler is worth the drive. This was well worth the trip to Leduc for our 2017 Grand Caravan. We had a few post-purchase issues that came up, and Lonnie and Christina were extre This was well worth the trip to Leduc for our 2017 Grand Caravan. We had a few post-purchase issues that came up, and Lonnie and Christina were extremely helpful and accommodating in taking care of a few replacement parts. Fun fact, buyer beware that many units no longer come with a spare tire or a jack. I don't fault the dealership for this, but I was very surprised to find out I have no spare. For those drivers who change their own tires, I would have liked to have had this discussion and found a solution prior to the sale. More

No pressure, easy going... unintimidating The dealership we dealt with (literally) the day before was all high-pressure, big-city attitude... and literally would not let us walk out to think t The dealership we dealt with (literally) the day before was all high-pressure, big-city attitude... and literally would not let us walk out to think things over -- and almost slipped past us the actual Bill of Sale to sign off on, instead of just a $500 hold on the vehicle we were thinking of buying -- all that, after they had tried to convince us a V6 could pull our trailer (when our old V6 vehicle wasn't doing a great job), or that we needed a big truck... Now, contrast this with Leduc Chrysler: we mention what we are looking for, they have one or two on the lot... they show it to us without talking us up to something more expensive... and after a nice low-pressure test drive, we're happy to sign on for the deal. Nice friendly, genuine folks. More
